المستخلص: استهدفت الدراسة الحالية التوصل إلى صيغة تصف بروفايل (مكونات وعناصر) الأداء الإبداعي للمعلم، ومتطلبات تفعيله من وجهة نظر بعض خبراء التعليم. واستعانت الدراسة بإجراءات المنهج الوصفي مستخدمة المقابلات الشخصية والاستبانة التي تم إعدادها وتقنينها وتطبيقها على عينة الدراسة من خبراء التعليم (أساتذة جامعات -مديرين مدارس-موجهين فنيين-معلمين قدامى-أخصائي جودة وتطوير)، بلغت 75 خبيرا تربويا بمختلف التخصصات والمراحل الدراسية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى تحديد بروفايل الأداء الإبداعي في عشرة أبعاد تصف المهارات الإبداعية التي ينبغي أن تظهر في أداء المعلم الوظيفي، وهي أبعاد (دعم إدارة المدرسة وتطويرها، وترقية تدريس مادة التخصص، تطوير إدارة بيئة الصف، وترقية الرعاية الطلابية، وإثراء المناهج وتطويرها، وتطوير تقويم الأداء الطلابي، وتنمية الأنشطة المدرسية، وترقية مناخ التعلم، وتعزيز إدماج المجتمع المحلي، وتمثل الجودة والتطوير المدرسي). كما حددت الدراسة عدة متطلبات ضرورية لتفعيل البروفايل المقترح للأداء الإبداعي للمعلم كما عبر عنه الخبراء، تمثلت في محورين أحدهما يصف متطلبات تتعلق بما قبل دخول المعلم في الخدمة (المعلمين تحت الإعداد)، والآخر يصف متطلبات تتعلق بما بعد الدخول في الخدمة (المعلمين على رأس العمل). وقدمت الدراسة عدة توصيات عامة تتعلق بإجراءات الأخذ بالبروفايل المقترح للأداء الإبداعي للمعلم.

The current study aimed to identify a formula describing the profile (Ingredients and components) of the teacher's creative performance, and the requirements of its activation from the point of view of some education experts. The study used descriptive methodological procedures using interpersonal interviews and questionnaire, which were prepared, standardized and applied to the study sample by educational experts (university professors, school principals, technical instructors, old teachers, quality specialists), 75 educational experts in various disciplines and stages. The study identified the creative performance profile in ten dimensions describing the creative skills that should appear in the performance of the functional teacher, namely the dimensions of (supporting the school administration and development, upgrading the teaching of the specialty, developing the environment of the classroom, upgrading the student care, enriching the curriculum and developing Student performance, development of school activities, promotion of the learning environment, promotion of community integration, quality and school development). The study also identified several prerequisites for activating the proposed profile of the teacher's creative performance, as expressed by the experts. These were two axes: one describing pre-teacher requirements in the service (teachers under preparation), the other describing post-service requirements the work). The study made several general recommendations regarding the procedures for introducing the proposed profile for the teacher's creative performance.
