المستخلص: تهدف الدراسة إلي طرح إطار مقترح لسياسات التعليم المصرية تجاه الدروس الخصوصية في ضوء الإطار النظري وخبرة الصين؛ وبما يتفق مع ظروف المجتمع المصري ومعطياته الثقافية، حيث وظفت الدراسة في ضوء القضية المطروحة والهدف منها صيغة الدراسة القطرية Single-Nation Study، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى تقسيم سياسات التعليم المصرية المستهدفة لمواجهة الدروس الخصوصية إلى: سياسات علاجية: وتستهدف معالجة أوجه القصور وتحسين نوعية العملية التعليمية في مدارس التعليم العام، وسياسات وقائية: وتستهدف الحد من تزايد وانتشار الدروس الخصوصية بين طلاب التعليم العام في مصر، وسياسات بديلة: تستهدف تطبيق بعض مظاهر الدروس الخصوصية في التعليم العام والتأكيد على آثارها الإيجابية.

The Shadow Education of Private Supplemental Tutoring - in parallel with the formal education system - has seen a growing global growth in the past few years, with the growth of this type of education, accompanied by an evolution in its forms and its economic and social effects. Shadow education is one of the most developed educational industries, especially with the shift in the balancing equation between the role of the state and the private sector in the provision of educational services. In China, private tutoring is an activity that has been strongly present and deeply rooted in the culture of those nations for a long time. One of the reasons is the glorification of the Confucian philosophy of science and its emphasis on the importance of diligence in its application. The study aim: Introducing a proposed framework for Egyptian education policies towards private tutoring in light of the theoretical framework and the experience of China; and in accordance with the conditions of the Egyptian society and its cultural context. The study Methodology: The study applied the approach of Single-Nation Study. The Study Recommendations: The study concluded that the Egyptian education policies targeted to confront the private tutoring are: - Treatment policies: to address deficiencies and improve the quality of education in public education schools. - Preventive policies: to reduce the prevalence and spread of private tutoring among students of general education in Egypt. - Alternative policies: to apply some aspects of private tutoring in public education, emphasizing their positive effects.
