المستخلص: The word in humain is a very slow process, which begins to appear from the beginning of life. During the first 12 months of their birth, babies learn to discover the sounds of their language, so they learn how to use them by babbling, around 12 months, they start using simple words, from 18 to 24 months, we often witness an explosion of vocabulary. It is from this moment that the children begin to build small sentences. These communication skills are usually divided into two categories: receptive language and expressive language. The first is in fact an understanding of the expressions and words of others. It is this skill that children develop first. The second is the child's ability to express oneself. But this development can take another turn that of the pathological because some baby or child develop speech disorders, which can be receptive or expressive, depending on the cause.
