|e هدف البحث الى الكشف عن أثر التفاعل بين نمطي التدريب الإلكتروني المتزامن وغير المتزامن والاستعداد للتعلم الإلكتروني في تنمية مهارات استخدام الأجهزة التفاعلية لدي طلاب تكنولوجيا التعليم. وأوضح الفرق بين التدريب الإلكتروني المتزامن وغير المتزامن في تنمية مهارات استخدام الأجهزة التفاعلية. وبين مدى تفعيل دور التدريب الإلكتروني في التعليم والتدريب لمهارات المستحدثات الإلكترونية في التعليم لمواكبة التطورات التكنولوجية. وأستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي وشبة التجريبي. وتكونت مجموعة البحث من عينة عشوائية من طلاب الفرقة الثانية تكنولوجيا التعليم كلية التربية النوعية جامعة المنيا وعددهم100طالب وطالبه. وتمثلت أدوات البحث في مقياس الاستعداد للتعلم الإلكتروني واختبار تحصيلي في الجانب المعرفي لمهارات إستخدام الأجهزة التفاعلية وبطاقة ملاحظة مهارات إستخدام الأجهزة التفاعلية. وتم تطبيق أدوات البحث قبليا وبعديا على مجموعة البحث. وجاءت النتائج مؤكده على فاعليه التدريب الإلكترونى في تنمية كل من التحصيل المرتبط بالمكون المعرفي والمكون المهارى لمهارات استخدام الأجهزة التفاعلية وفق استعدادهم للتعلم الإلكترونى مما يؤكد على أهمية التدريب الإلكترونى المزامن وغير المتزامن لما لهما من مميزات كبيره كإمكانية ربط وتجميع مختلف التقنيات التدريبية الحديثة وتقديمها في إطار متكامل للمتدربين. وأوصى البحث بضرورة استخدام وتوظيف الأجهزة التفاعلية في التعليم والتدريب لفوائدها المتعددة وتدعيم البيئات التعليمة المختلفة ببرامج التدريب الإلكتروني. وضرورة توعية مطوري العملية التعليمية بالدور الذي يمكن أن تقوم به الأجهزة التفاعلية في خدمة عمليات التعليم والتدريب. كما أوصى بضرورة تدريب أعضاء هيئة التدريس على كيفية توظيف الأجهزة التفاعلية وتطبيقاتها لخدمة العملية التعليمية. وضرورة إجراء العديد من البحوث والدراسات حول توظيف إمكانيات وخدمات الأجهزة التفاعلية في التدريب الإلكتروني داخل الجامعة وعلى مستوى الخدمة المجتمعية. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018

|f The aim of the research is to reveal the effect of the interaction between the two forms of the simultaneous and asynchronous electronic training and the readiness for the e-learning in developing the skills of using the interactive devices of the students of the educational technology. It explained the difference between the synchronized and asynchronous electronic training in developing the skills of using the interactive devices and the extent of activating the role of the e-training in education and training for the skills of the electronic innovations in education to keep pace with the technological developments. The research used the descriptive and semi-experimental approach. The research group consisted of a random sample of students of the second division of the education technology Faculty of the Specific Education, Minia University and they numbered 100 male and female students. The research tools were the e-learning readiness module, the achievement test in the cognitive aspect of the interactive device skills and the note card of the interactive device skills and were pre and post applied on the research group. The results confirmed the effectiveness of the electronic training in the development of both the achievement related to the cognitive component and the skilled component of the skills of the use of the interactive devices according to their readiness for the electronic learning which emphasizes the importance of the synchronized electronic and asynchronous training because of their great advantages as the possibility of linking and compilation of various modern training techniques and provide them in an integrated framework for trainees. The research recommended the use of the interactive devices in education, training for their multiple benefits and the strengthening of the different teaching environments in the electronic training programs and the need to educate the developers of the educational process the role that can be played by the interactive devices in the service of the education and training. It also recommended the need to train the faculty members on how to use the interactive devices and their applications to serve the educational process and the need to conduct many researches and studies on the use of the possibilities and services of the interactive devices in the electronic training within the university and at the level of the community service.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018\n
