المستخلص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى الكشف عن فاعلية نظام تعلم إلكتروني تكيفي قائم على أسلوب التعلم والتفصيلات التعليمية، على تنمية مهارات البرمجة في تصميم المشروعات وتطويرها بلغة البرمجة CC++ لطلاب الفرقة الثالثة تكنولوجيا التعليم، وللوصول لهذا الهدف تم إعداد قائمة معايير نظام التعلم التكيفي في البحث الحالي، وأستخدم منهج البحث التطويري الذي يتناول تحليل النظم وتطويرها من خلال نموذج محمد عطية خميس (2007)، وتكونت عينة البحث من (٦٠) طالبا وطالبة، وتم تقسيمهم إلى أربع مجموعات تجريبية تكيفية طبقا لنتيجة حل مقاييس أسلوب التعلم والتفصيلات التعليمية، وأستخدم التصميم التجريبي العاملي البسيط ٢×٢، وتم تطبيق أساليب المعالجة الإحصائية المناسبة باستخدام برنامج (SPSS V.22)، وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى: فاعلية نظام التعلم التكيفي في تنمية مهارات البرمجة لطلاب تكنولوجيا التعليم، كما توصلت إلى عدم وجود فرق دال إحصائيا بين متوسطات المجموعات الأربع بالنسبة لتأثير أسلوب التعلم، والتفضيلات التعليمية، والتفاعل بينهم على التحصيل للمحتوى البرمجي بلغة C++ وبطاقة تقيم المنتج، يعزي إلى كفاءة بيئة التعلم الإلكتروني التكيفي في مراعاة حاجات المتعلمين وخصائصهم وتقديم المحتوى التكيفي لكل متعلم طبقا لأسلوب تعلمه وتفضيلاته التعليمة.

This research aims to reveal the effectiveness of an adaptive e-learning system, based upon the learning approach and educational preferences, for the development of programming skills in relation to designing projects and developing them with the C++ programming language, among third-year education technology students. To accomplish this goal, a list of adaptive learning system standards was prepared in relation to the current research study. The development research methodological approach was utilized which deals with the analysis of the systems and their development, through the model of Muhammad ‘Attia Khamis (2007). A research sample of 60 male and female students was formed and they were divided into four adaptive experimental groups according to the result of solving the measures of the learning approach and educational preferences. The simple factorial experimental design 2 x 2 was utilized and appropriate statistical treatment approaches were applied by using the “SPSS V.22” program. The research reached the following conclusions:
The effectiveness of the adaptive learning system in respect to the development of the skills of education technology students. It also concluded the absence of the presence of a statistically substantiated difference between the averages of the four groups in relation to the effect of the learning approach and educational preferences, and the interaction among them for the attainment of the C++ language programming content. And the product evaluation card is attributed to the efficacy of the adaptive e-learning environment, in respect to taking into account the needs of the students and their particularities, in addition to providing the adaptive content to each learner, in accordance to the learning approach and educational preferences.
