هدفت الدراسة إلى استخدام التعليم المقلوب في تدريس الوثائق والأرشيف من خلال اتخاذ موقع اليوتيوب نموذجا. ووضع نظام لتطبيق أسلوب التعليم المقلوب في تدريس علوم الوثائق والأرشيف باستخدام موقع اليوتيوب. وتحديد دور الأستاذ في تطبيق أسلوب التعليم المقلوب في مجال الوثائق والأرشيف. وتحديد آليات تطبيق أسلوب التعليم المقلوب في مجال الوثائق والأرشيف. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي. وأشارت النتائج إلى أن عملية دمج واستخدام التقنية باستخدام موقع اليوتيوب تساعد الطلاب على تنمية التفكير الإبداعي والتعاون والمشاركة في الأنشطة والتمارين واستكشاف المفاهيم. وأن دور الأستاذ يتغير من نمط التعليم التقليدي الذي يعتمد على التلقين ونقل المعلومة إلي طالب الوثائق والأرشيف والي دور المرشد والموجه والمراقب لعمليات تعلم وتعليم الطالب باستخدام أسلوب التعليم المقلوب في مجال التخصص بما ينمي لديهم أنماط التفكير والمهارات النقدية والفنية والتعلم الذاتي. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة التحقق أولا من مهارات المتعلمين في استخدامات التكنولوجية للحاسب والتطبيقات المرتبطة بتنفيذ خطة التدريس باستخدام أسلوب التعليم المقلوب كما لابد أن يكون لدي الأستاذ الحد الأدنى من الإمكانيات التكنولوجية التي تؤهله للتعامل مع طلابه في تنفيذ التدريس بهذا الأسلوب.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
The study aimed at using the inverted education in teaching the documents and the archives by taking the YouTube site as a model, and the establishment of a system to apply the method of inverted education in the teaching of the field of the documents and the archives using the site YouTube, and determine the role of the professor in the application of the method of inverted education in the field of the documents and the archives, and to determine the mechanisms of applying the inverted education method in the field of the documents and the archives. The study used the survey descriptive method. The results indicated that the process of integration and using the technology by using the YouTube site which helps students to develop the creative thinking, the cooperation, the participation in the activities, the exercises and exploring the concepts, and that the role of the professor changes from the traditional teaching style, which depends on the indoctrination and the transfer of information to the student of the documentation and the archive and the role of the guidance and the observer of the processes of learning and teaching the student using the method of inverted education in the field of specialization, which led to the development of their thinking patterns and critical skills and the technical and the self-learning.
