|a هدفت الدراسة التعرف على دور اقتصاديات التعليم في مواجهة تحديات سوق العمل الأردني، والتعرف على أبرز التحديات التي تواجه سوق العمل. تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في جمع البيانات والوصول إلى أهداف الدراسة. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (763) عضو من أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعات الأردنية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك درجة متوسطة للتحديات التي تواجه سوق العمل الأردني. وأن هناك درجة متوسطة لدور اقتصاديات التعليم في مواجهة تحديات سوق العمل الأردني. وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05 ≥) في جميع أبعاد دور اقتصاديات التعليم في مواجهة تحديات سوق العمل الاردني والمتمثلة ب (التحديات التي تواجه سوق العمل الاردني، دور اقتصاديات التعليم في مواجهة تحديات سوق العمل الاردني) تبعا لمتغيرات الدراسة (الجنس، العمر، الرتبة الأكاديمية). وأوصى الباحث بضرورة العمل على وضع سياسات حكومية في توفير فرص عمل لأعداد الطلبة الخريجين من الجامعات وتوجيههم أثناء قبولهم في الجامعات إلى التخصصات المطلوبة لسوق العمل.

|b This study aims to identify the role of education in the face of the economies of the Jordanian labor market challenges, and to identify the major challenges facing the labor market. It has been relying on the descriptive and analytical approach in data collection and access to the objectives of the study. The study sample consisted of (763), a member of the faculty in Jordanian universities faculty members. The study found that there is a medium degree of the challenges facing the Jordanian labor market. And that there is a medium degree of Economics of the role of education in the face of the Jordanian labor market challenges. And that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a<0.05) in all dimensions of the role of education economics in the face of labor Jordanian market challenges and of (b challenges facing the Jordanian labor market, the role of the Economics of Education in the face of the Jordanian labor market challenges) depending on the variables of the study ( Gender, age, Academic Rank). The researcher recommended the need to work on the development of government policies in providing job opportunities for the number of graduates from universities and guiding them during admission to universities in the disciplines required for the labor market.
