|a يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على الذكاء العاطفي وعلاقته بالقيادة التحويلية لدى العاملين في القطاع السياحي بقطاع غزة، و قام الباحث باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، و استخدم الاستبانة كأداة في جمع البيانات الأولية، حيث تم توزيع (57) أستبانه كعينة عشوائية، ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة; أنه يوجد علاقة بين الذكاء العاطفي و القيادة التحويلية في القطاع السياحي بقطاع غزة، و جاء ترتيب أبعاد الذكاء العاطفي تنازليا على التوالي; (الدافعية، الوعي بالذات، المهارات الاجتماعية، التعاطف، إدارة الانفعالات), وأنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة ممارسة العاملين في القطاع السياحي لمهارات الذكاء العاطفي تعزي للمتغيرات الديمغرافية الأتية (الجنس، العمر، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة، المسمى الوظيفي)، وأظهرت النتائج أن مستويات القيادة التحويلية جاءت إيجابية و بدرجة مرتفعة، وأنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى القيادة التحويلية تعزى للمتغيرات الديمغرافية، كما قدم البحث مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها; العمل على نشر ثقافة القيادة التحويلية في القطاع السياحي، زيادة الاهتمام بإعداد وتنظيم دورات وبرامج تدريبية متخصصة في مجال القيادة التحويلية تتصف بالاستمرار، من أجل تنمية الذكاء العاطفي بأبعاده المختلفة.

|b The aime of this study is to identify the impact of emotional intelligence on transformational leadership among workers in Tourism Sector resort in Gaza Strip. The researcher used the descriptive analytic method / procedure and used the questionnaire as a tool in collecting data, where fifty seven questionnaire were distributed as a random sample. Among the most important conclusions which the study revealed were the following: There was an impact between the emotional intelligence and the transformational leadership in Tourism Sector resort in Gaza Strip , the arrangement of the domains of the emotional intelligence as follows( motivation, self- awareness , social skills , sympathy , emotions' management ). There were no statistically significant differences in the degree of workers' practice in Tourism Sector resort of emotional intelligence skills due to the following demographic variables ( gender, age, scientific qualification , years of experience, job title). The results revealed that the levels of transformational leadership were objective with a high degree. There were no statistically significant differences in the degree of workers' practice in, sympathy , motives management ). There were no statistically significant differences in the degree of workers' practice in Tourism Sector resort of transformational leadership due to the following demographic variables ( gender, age, scientific qualification , years of experience, job title ).The study introduced a lot of recommendation: To spread the culture of transformative leadership in Tourism Sector resort ,to pay much attention in preparing and organizing specialized courses and training programs in the field of transformational leadership for the sake of developing and enhancing the sentimental intelligence with its varied diminutions .
