|b The study aimed to identify the main and sub-tasks of the kindergarten supervisor. It defines the role of the educational supervisor in die development of teaching skills among kindergarten teacher from perspective view of teacher .Hie study also aimed to identify’ the differences in die opinions of the sample of the study regarding the role of supervisor in the development of competaicies of kindergarten teacher (depending on the variable number of years of experience in kindergarten and specialization). The study sample consisted of (54) teachers of the government kindergartens in al-Alisa area. To achieve the objectives of die study, die researcher designed a questionnaire consisted of (72) items covered five areas: personal characteristics, planning and organizing activities. Die use of tools and techniques of education. Problem solving and evaluation. Hie researcher used die (SPSS) program to analyze data related to this paper, so in order, to calculate die frequencies and percentages, and (T) test. The results showed that die most important roles of die kindergarten supervisor are: personal characteristics (relative weight 85.12). Followed by die use of teaching methods and techniques, planning and organizing activities and evaluation. The lowest impact was die problem solving axis (relative weight 69.69).

|a هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد المهام الرئيسة والفرعية لمشرفة رياض الأطفال، والتعرف إلى دور المشرفة التربوية في تنمية الكفايات التدريسية لدى معلمة رياض الأطفال (من وجهة نظر المعلمة). كما هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الفروق في أراء عينة الدراسة فيما يتعلق بدور المشرفة في تطوير كفايات معلمة رياض الأطفال (تبعا لمتغير عدد سنوات الخبرة في العمل برياض الأطفال، والتخصص) وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (٥٤) معلمة من معلمات رياض الأطفال الحكومية بمحافظه الإحساء، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة صممت الباحثة استبانة من أجل الكشف عن دور مشرفة رياض الأطفال تكونت من (٧٢) فقرة غطت خمسة محاور هي: السمات الشخصية، التخطيط وتنظيم الأنشطة، استخدام وسائل وتقنيات التعليم، حل المشكلات، التقويم. وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي (SPSS)، لحساب التكرارات، والنسب المئوية، وإجراء تحليل اختبار (ت). وقد أظهرت النتائج أن أهم أدوار مشرفة رياض الأطفال تتمثل في: محور السمات الشخصية (بوزن نسبي 85.12) / يليه استخدام وسائل وتقنيات التعليم/ والتخطيط وتنظيم الأنشطة / والتقويم. أما أدنى تأثير، فكان لمحور حل المشكلات (بوزن نسبي 69.69).
