تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى الإصلاح التعليمي لمدارس التربية الفكرية في ضوء خبرات بعض الدوال وذلك من خلال التعرف على الواقع لمدارس التربية الفكرية بصفة عامة ويرجع ذلك إلى أهمية ميدان التربية الخاصة والذي يلقى اهتماما مطردا في الوطن العربي عامة وفى مصر خاصة، استجابة لما أوصت به العديد من الغدوات والمؤتمرات العلمية من ضرورة الاهتمام بذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، وتساهم هذه الدراسة في تضيق الفجوة بين مؤسسات المجتمع المحلي ومدارس التربية الخاصة، من خلال توعية هذه المؤسسات بأوجه التعاون والتنسيق بينها وبين مدارس التربية الخاصة، وتقدم هذه الدراسة، طرق إصلاح وتطوير في مختلف المجالات نظرا لما تعانيه مدارس التربية الخاصة من مشكلات كثيرة جدا وصعوبات تؤثر سلبا على رعاية وتأهيل ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، وعلى المجتمع. وقد تم وضع بعض المقترحات لتطوير مدارس التربية الفكرية بمحافظة بورسعيد، وفى إجراء الباحثة لاستبانة تهدف لجمع آراء واستجابات أفراد العينة حول واقع مدارس التربية الفكرية وفى إجراء المقابلات الشخصية مع مدراء المدارس والوكلاء والمدرسين وأولياء الأمور، قد أسفرت تحليل النتائج باستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية عن أوجه الضعف والقصور لما تعانيه هذه المدارس في مصر فيجب الإسراع في عمليات الإصلاح التعليمي في أسرع وقت ممكن بهدف الحفاظ على هذه الفئة من الأطفال المعاقين وتقديم أفضل الخدمات إليهم.
The present study aims to identify the current reality of the schools of intellectual education in general, and especially in Port Said Governorate due to the importance of the special education field, which draws attention steadily in the Arab world in general and in Egypt, especially in response as recommended by a number of seminars and scientific conferences of the need to pay attention to people with needs own, and contribute to this study is to narrow the gap between community organizations and special education schools, through awareness of these institutions objects of cooperation and coordination between them and the special education schools, this study provides decision-makers and educational community, prescription reform and development in various fields owing to their special education schools too many problems and difficul ties negatively affect the care and rehabilitation of people with special needs, and on society as a whole. Has been developed vision proposed for the development of intellectual education schools in Port Said Governorate, in the conduct of the researcher to identify aims to collect the opinions and responses of respondents about the reality of intellectual education schools and conducting personal interviews with school principals and agents, teachers and parents, have yielded results were analyzed using statistical methods for weaknesses and deficiencies what ails these schools in Egypt should accelerate in the educational reform processes as soon as possible in order to maintain this category of children with disabilities and provide better services to them
