تقوم الدراسة الحالية في مجال إدارة الجودة الشاملة في جامعة بنغازي، وتتقصى تحديدًا عن واقع التدريب وإعادة التأھیل للكوادر البشرية العاملة بالجامعة سواء كانت تابعة لأعضاء ھیئة التدريس بالجامعة أو كانت تابعة للموظفين، ویعتبر التدريب من أھم الأسس التي تقوم علیها الجودة حيث تؤكد الأدبیات في مجال الجودة على ضرورة إقامة دورات تدریبیة تأھیلیة متتالیة تضمن الارتقاء بقدرات العاملین بمؤسسات التعلیم العالي على المستویین التدریسي والإداري لیتمكنوا من تأدیة واجباتھم على وجه یلیق بالمسئولية المجتمعية الملقاة علیھم.
The current study in the field of total quality management at the University of Benghazi, it specifies in the investigation of the reality of training and rehabilitation. The importance of the study the importance of this study represents in: 1 - Rooting the principle of quality as a strategic option to improve the output of higher education institutions 2 - To draw attention towards the adoption of training and rehabilitation as a necessity for the application of quality in all areas, including both administrative and academic. For the reality of training and rehabilitation At the University of Benghazi, a specific questionnaire was prepared consisting of 15 questions Applied to a sample of a hundred individuals 50 of which were university professors and 50 staff and by analyzing the data it showed the negative evaluation of a sample study toward the reality of training and rehabilitation at the University of Benghazi and the results were discussed and develop recommendations upon them.
