|b The purpose of this study was to provide a suggested vision for the development of academic guidance and scientific supervision practices in the light of the concept of transformational leadership and their relation to the excellence of research production for postgraduate students. The descriptive survey method was utilized in this study. The study population consisted of all the post graduate students at King Khalid University for the academic year 1438 AH, totaling 2002 students. A questionnaire was administered for collecting data. The results of this study revealed that the academic guidance and scientific supervision in the light of the dimensions of the concept of transformational leadership included in this study achieved a level (to a certain extent) as being actually practiced on the ground from the point of view of the study personnel. The results also revealed that there were no statistically significant differences between the average responses of the study members on the reality of the practice of academic guidance and scientific supervision in light of the dimensions of the concept of transformational leadership attributed to the difference in the following variables: College, the program, while there were significant differences in the sex variable favoring the female students. The results revealed that the importance of the practice of academic guidance and scientific supervision in the light of the dimensions of the concept of transformational leadership included in this study achieved a degree a very- important- degree from the point of view of the study members for their research production distinction. A proposed vision that may contribute to the development of practices of academic guidance, scientific supervision and the distinction of the post graduate students research production was provided.

|a هدف هذا البحث إلى تقديم رؤية مقترحة لتطوير ممارسات الإرشاد الأكاديمي والإشراف العلمي في ضوء مفهوم القيادة التحويلية ومعرفة علاقة ذلك بتميز الإنتاج البحثي لطلاب الدراسات العليا، وقد استخدم هذا البحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتكون مجتمع البحث من جميع طلاب وطالبات الدراسات العليا بجامعة الملك خالد للعام الدراسي (1438هـ)، البالغ عددهم (2002)، من الطلاب والطالبات، وقد اعتمد هذا البحث على الاستبانة كأداة رئيسة لجمع البيانات اللازمة، كان من أبرز نتائجه: 1- أن الإرشاد الأكاديمي والإشراف العلمي في ضوء أبعاد مفهوم القيادة التحويلية المضمنة في هذا البحث؛ حقق مستوى (موافق إلى حد ما)، على أنه يمارس فعليا على أرض الواقع من وجهة نظر أفراد البحث. 2- عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد البحث حول واقع ممارسة الإرشاد الأكاديمي والإشراف العلمي في ضوء أبعاد مفهوم القيادة التحويلية تعزي للاختلاف في المتغيرات الآتية: الكلية، البرنامج الدراسي، في حين وجدت مع الاختلاف في متغير: الجنس لصالح الطالبات. 3- أن أهمية ممارسة الإرشاد الأكاديمي والإشراف العلمي في ضوء أبعاد مفهوم القيادة التحويلية المضمنة في هذا البحث؛ حققت درجة (مهم بشكل كبير)، من وجهة نظر أفراد البحث لتميز إنتاجهم البحثي. 4- تقديم رؤية مقترحة من المؤمل أن تسهم في تطوير ممارسات الإرشاد الأكاديمي والإشراف العلمي وتميز إنتاج طلاب الدراسات العليا البحثي.
