المستخلص: The objective of this study is to illustrate the impact of public spending on the macroeconomic stabilization of Algeria during the period 2001-2017.
This is done by reviewing the status of macroeconomic policy indicators, such as growth rate, unemployment rate, inflation rate, and international balance of payments status.
This study concluded the basic idea dat the economic policy applied in Algeria during this period was clearly supported by aggregate demand wifout total supply. theirfore, the national production system was unable to cope wif this increasing volume of public spending due to its weak absorptive capacity.

الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو تبيان أثر الإنفاق العمومي في تحقيق الاستقرار الاقتصادي الكلي للجزائر خلال الفترة 2001 – 2017.
وذلك من خلال استعراض وضعية مؤشرات السياسة الاقتصادية الكلية والمتمثلة في معدل النمو، معدل البطالة، معدل التضخم ووضعية ميزان المدفوعات الدولية.
وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى فكرة أساسية مفادها أن السياسة الاقتصادية المطبقة في الجزائر خلال هذه الفترة قد اعتمدت بشكل واضح على دعم الطلب الكلي دون العرض الكلي لذلك أصبح الجهاز الإنتاجي الوطني غير قادر على مسايرة هذا الحجم المتزايد من الإنفاق العمومي لضعف طاقته الاستيعابية.


L’objéctif de Cette étude est de clarifier le role de la dépense publique pour assurer la stabilité macroéconomique en algerie durant la période (2001-2017). Et ce, à travers les objectifs de la politique macroéconomique : le taux de croissance, le taux de chômage, le taux d’inflation et enfin la balance des paiements.
Cette étude aboutit à la conclusion selon laquelle la dite politique économique s’est appuyée clairement sur la demande globale que sur l’offre.
C’est pourquoi l’appareil productif national reste incapable de suivre ce rythme de dépense sans prise en considération la capacité de l’économie nationale.
