المستخلص: إن خطاب التغيير في الإسلام له مقوماته ودعائمه ومرتكزاته، وهو خطاب يتجه إلى الأمة برمتها لتغير ما بنفسها أولا ثم لتغير ما بغيرها، وباستدعاء واقعنا المر لاحظنا أن الذين يتصدرون للخطاب الإسلامي قد أسهموا عن قصد أو عن غير قصد في تغييب عالمية الإسلام، وتمييع ثوابته، وعدم الوعي بأحوال الواقع، والجهل بحقيقة الأعداء، والتصور السلبي للحياة، وغير ذلك مما أسهم في إيجاد أزمات وخلق عقبات في طريق التصحيح والبناء، لذا تكمن إشكالية البحث في افتقار من يتصدرون للخطابة الإسلامية إلى مقومات ودعائم شرعية تسهم في ترشيد خطاب التغيير الإسلامي وإزالة اعوجاجه. لذا سعت الدراسة إلى بيان المراد بمقومات خطاب التغيير الإسلامي، كما سعت أيضا إلى بيان أهم مقومات خطاب التغيير الإسلامي من منظور تفسير الظلال للأستاذ سيد قطب، وقد كان المنهج التاريخي، والاستقرائي، والاستنباطي التحليلي أداتنا في هذا البحث، وقد توصل البحث إلى أن مقومات خطاب التغيير الإسلامي عند سيد قطب من خلال تفسير الظلال تقوم على أساس العقيدة في الله التي منها ينبثق منهج الحياة الذي يشتمل العبادات والمعاملات، كما تجسدت مقومات خطاب التغيير الإسلامي في تفسير الظلال من خلال المبادئ الآتية: العقيدة ينبوع كل التصورات، ثبات الشريعة الإسلامية واستمرارها، الإسلام منهج حياة شامل ومتكامل، الوسطية والتوازن، التصور الإيجابي للحياة، الواقعية الحركية، عالمية الإسلام، ربانية الأخلاق، القضاء الحاسم في مسائل الاعتقاد، التدرج في معالجة الانحرافات السلوكية، وتربية وعي المسلم بحقيقة الأعداء.

The speech of change in Islam has its constituents, pillars and foundations. It is a speech to the entire nation to change itself first and then to change the others, by recalling our bitter reality, we noticed that those who lead the Islamic discourse contributed intentionally or unintentionally to the disappearance of the universality of Islam, the dilution of its infallibility, the lack of awareness of the reality, the ignorance of the reality of enemies, the negative perception of life and other factors that contributed in creating crises and creating obstacles in the path of correction and construction. so the problem of research consist in the lack of those who deliver Islamic discourse to the legitimacy pillars which contribute to the rationalization of the discourse of Islamic change and make it: a straight speech, moderate, wise, disciplined in all things etc. Therefore, the study aimed to indicate the meaning of the basic principles of the Islamic Change’s Discourse. It also aimed to explain the most important basic principles of the Islamic Change’s Discourse in in Sayyid Qutb’s Tafsir Fi Zilal Al- Qur’an. The historical, inductive, and deductive analytical method has been our tool in this research. The research concluded that the basic principles the Islamic Change’s Discourse in Sayyid Qutb’s Tafsir Fi Zilal Al- Qur’an is based on the faith in Allah, from which emerges the way of life, which includes ethics and values, as well as situations and laws. Also the research concluded the following basic principles of the Islamic Change’s Discourse in Sayyid Qutb’s Tafsir: The faith is the fountain of all perceptions, The stability and continuation of Islamic law, Islam is comprehensive and integrated way of life, Moderation and Balance, Positive perception of life, Realism movement, The universality of Islam, the Behavioral ethics, The decisive elimination of the issues of belief and gradualism in the treatment of behavioral deviations, Awareness of the reality of enemies.
