المستخلص: This study aimed to know the teachers of basic education trends towards individualized instruction in schools in the province of Homs, and most important teachers proposals to activate the use of individualized instruction strategies in the educational process, so was prepared to identify trends that have been applied to a random sample of teachers of basic education in the schools of the province of Homs and totaling (84) teachers. The study was limited to the use of a tool to measure one represented by identifying the researcher prepared to suit the purpose of the search, where they were sure of sincerity viewing on a group of arbitrators, was sure of the stability of the tool using Cronbach's alpha equation, and the value of reliability coefficient (0.85). The study found the following results: The existence of positive trends at the stage of basic education teachers toward individualized instruction in schools in the province of Homs, these results have appeared in all the paragraphs of the questionnaire. Based on the results of the study, the researcher recommended the need to give the concept of individualized instruction and various strategies is particularly important and concepts included in the courses for the preparation of pre-service teacher, and work on the revision of the current curriculum to suit the variables of age and educational concepts and modern, including individualized instruction. In addition to providing the necessary financial and moral support necessary for the application of individualized instruction strategies effectively in the educational process.

هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف اتجاهات معلمي مرحلة التعليم الأساسي نحو تفريد التعليم في مدارس محافظة حمص، وأهم مقترحات المعلمين لتفعيل استخدام استراتيجيات تفريد التعليم في العملية التعليمية، لذا تم إعداد استبانة الاتجاهات التي طبقت على عينة عشوائية من معلمي مرحلة التعليم الأساسي في مدارس محافظة حمص والبالغ عددهم (84) معلم ومعلمة. اقتصرت الدراسة على استخدام أداة قياس واحدة تمثلت باستبانة قامت الباحثة بإعدادها لملائمة غرض البحث، حيث جرى التأكد من صدقها بعرضها على مجموعة من المحكمين، وتم التأكد من ثبات الأداة باستخدام معادلة كرونباخ ألفا، وبلغت قيمة معامل الثبات (0.85). وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الأتية: وجود اتجاهات إيجابية لدى معلمي مرحلة التعليم الأساسي نحو تفريد التعليم في مدارس محافظة حمص، وقد ظهرت هذه النتائج في جميع فقرات الاستبانة. وبناء على نتائج الدراسة، أوصت الباحثة بضرورة إعطاء مفهوم تفريد التعليم واستراتيجياته المختلفة أهمية خاصة وتضمين مفاهيمه ضمن المقررات التعليمية لإعداد المعلمين قبل الخدمة، والعمل على تنقيح المناهج الحالية بما يتلاءم ومتغيرات العصر والمفاهيم التربوية الحديثة ومنها تفريد التعليم. بالإضافة إلى توفير الدعم المالي والمعنوي اللازم والضروري من أجل تطبيق استراتيجيات تفريد التعليم بفاعلية في العملية التعليمية.
