المستخلص: يحظى مدير المدرسة بموقعا متعدد الجوانب يشمل على رابطة قوية ومؤسسية مع التلاميذ وأعضاء هيئة التدريس والعاملي وأولياء الأمور وأفراد المجتمع المحيط بالمدرسة تتطلب أن يقوم بأدوار كثيرة ومتعددة، فهو يتحمل مسؤوليات مختلفة نحو هؤلاء جميعاً، فمدير المدرسة مسؤول عن قيادة فريق العمل المدرسي في اتجاه تحقيق أهداف النظام التعليمي في مدرسته، ويتوقع من المدير القيام بهذه الوظائف في ضوء الوظائف الأساسية للإدارة المدرسية من تخطيط وتنظيم وتوجيه ومتابعة وتقويم، وهي من وجهة نظر الباحث ممارسات قيادية لمهمات إدارية وفنية يقوم بها مدير المدرسة في إنجاز أعماله الموكلة إليه، ومدير المدرسة – ومن خلال ممارسة مهامه الإدارية والفنية – يجد نفسه أمام تحديات كثيرة فرضتها روح العصر الذي يعيشه، فالفيضان المعرفي، وتكنولوجيا المعلومات، والتغيرات المتوالية للمحيط الاجتماعي للمدرسة، والتشريعات اللازمة لمواكبة التوجهات التربوية المعاصرة فرضت نوعاً جديداً من المهام والمسؤوليات، فعلى الإدارة الاستفادة من كافة المستجدات والتغيرات في تطوير منظومة الأداء، وتهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على أداء مديري المدارس لمهامهم التعليمية والإدارية والفنية والاجتماعية والإنسانية والاثر الذي يمكن أن يحدثه أداء المديرين على الناتج التعليمي من وجهة نظر المعلمين، تنتمي هذه الدراسة إلى نمط الدراسات الوصفية التحليلية بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي باستخدام استبيان على عينة المعلمين من مدارس التعليم الابتدائي بعدة مناطق تعليمية ويتضمن هذا الاستبيان عدة محاور نستطيع من خلالها التعرف على أثر أداء مديري المرحلة الابتدائية على الناتج التعليمي من خلال وجهة نظر المعلمين، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن مجموع المحاور التي عمل عليها البحث لها دور قوي ومؤثر في الناتج العلمي حيث أنها تعمل كمنظومة واحدة في الوصول إلى مخرج علمي قوي، فعلى المدير الذي يرغب في تحقيق أعلى معدلات في كفاءة الناتج العلمي أن يضع في اعتباره التعامل مع البيئة المحيطة بالمدرسة، والمتابعة الدورية للمدرسة، والعمل على تنمية التعامل مع البيئة المحيطة بالمدرسة، والمتابعة الدورية للمدرسة، والعمل على تنمية مهاراته وخبراته بصورة مضطردة وصولاً إلى متابعة التحصيل العلمي للطلاب وهو ما يحقق في مجموعة أعلى معدلات الناتج العلمي الذي تصبو إليه المدرسة ومديرها، وأوصت الدراسة الاهتمام بالبيئة المحيطة بالمدرسة خصوصاً أولياء الأمور، ومتابعة الطلاب بصورة دائمة فيما يخص تطوير معدلات الأداء.

The director of the school acquires many sided position includes a strong and institutional relation with pupils, teaching staff, employees, parents and community members that surrounded by the school and this is required to perform many and various roles. He bears different responsibilities towards all of these. The school director is responsible for leading the school team towards achieving the educational system goals in the school and the director should do these jobs in the light of the basic jobs of the school management from planning, organizing, guiding, following and evaluating; and from the point of view of the researcher, it is a leadership practices for managerial and technical tasks done by the school director in achieving his work. The school director, during his managerial and technical tasks, finds himself in front of many challenges imposed by the age that we live, the cognitive overflow, Information Technology, successive changes of the community surrounding of the school and the required legislation to keep up with the contemporary educational orientations impose a new kind of tasks and responsibilities. It is no longer praiseworthy that the school administration works away from these innovations and forces them in the managing process through the leadership practices of the managerial and technical tasks of the school director for establishing a positive belonging toward the school and community. The present study aims to recognize the performance of the schools directors to their educational, managerial, technical, social and human tasks and the impact that occurred by the performance of the directors on the educational product according to the point of view of the teachers, this study belongs to the analytical descriptive studies pattern by depending on the analysis descriptive curriculum by using questionnaire on the sample of teachers of the primary schools in many educational regions and the questionnaire includes many points that we can recognize through it on the impact of the performance of the directors of the primary schools on the educational product through teachers’ point of view. The study reaches that the total points of the research has a strong and effective role in the scientific product where it is work as one system to reach a scientific and strong outlet, so the director who wish to achieve the higher rates in the scientific product efficiency , should take in his consideration how to deal with the environment that surround the school, the periodical follow-up of the school and to work on developing his skills and experience by a steady image to follow the scientific product of students and it is what achieved in group the highest rates of the scientific product that the school and their director seek for it, the study recommends to take care of the surround environment of the school particularly the parents in what concerns the developing of performance rates.
