المستخلص: The research aims to determine the degree of availability of legal, political and social values of citizenship in the science curricula of the meeting from the perspective of the University of Damascus, "students Department of Sociology", and follow the search descriptive analytical method, using a questionnaire as a research tool, applied to a sample of 135 students, and by 5% of the original community. The research results for several of the most important: -The average score Answers Damascus University Students' Department of Sociology "about citizenship should be available in the science curriculum meeting mainly college values amounted to (3.23) and good availability, and the values of the legal totaled (2.87) good, and the values of political (2.55) degree moderately, and the values community (4.35) degree excellent. -There are significant differences between the average scores of students answers on citizenship should be available in sociology curriculum variable depending on the school year and in favor of higher values of the past, while there were no significant differences depending on the variables of sex.

هدف البحث إلى تحديد دور القيم القانونية والسياسية والاجتماعية للمواطنة في مناهج علم الاجتماع من وجهة نظر طلبة جامعة دمشق "قسم علم الاجتماع"، واتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، مستخدمة استبانة كأداة للبحث، طبقت على عينة مكونة من (135) طالب وطالبة، وبنسبة 5% من المجتمع الأصلي. توصل البحث لعدة نتائج من أهمها: - إن متوسط درجات إجابات طلبة جامعة دمشق "قسم علم الاجتماع" حول قيم المواطنة الواجب توافرها في مناهج علم الاجتماع بالدرجة الكلية بلغ (3.23) وبمستوى جيد، وللقيم القانونية بلغ (2.87) بمستوى جيد، وللقيم السياسية (2.55) بمستوى متوسط، وللقيم الاجتماعية (4.35) بمستوى ممتاز. - وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسط درجات إجابات الطلبة حول قيم المواطنة الواجب توافرها في مناهج علم الاجتماع تبعا لمتغير السنة الدراسية ولصالح السنوات الأعلى، في حين لم توجد فروق دالة تبعا لمتغيري الجنس.
