المستخلص: In this research, we attempt to deal with a delicate social phenomenon which our society witnesses in the recent years. It is about the proliferation of new types of behaviors and negative interactions in the Algerian educational institutions, especially the secondary schools, where the educational field has become an area of conflict between the educational process partners. Violence is one of these behaviors, which has become practiced in various forms and trends, using all the means and ways to achieve the goal. Moreover, this dangerous behavior is today's language rather than the language of dialogue, thus, it explains the dispersion of the relations that link the different members of the school community. Therefore, the specialists in education, the educators and the education managers and even the Ministry of National Education are looking for methods to confront and stop this dangerous phenomenon, particularly, as it is practiced in the educational establishments by both students and educators. So, through this study, we have tried to know the reasons and factors that led to the spread of this phenomenon in the schools from Point of view of students. The researcher has used some tools, such as, the observation and interview, which helped us to prepare questionnaire that we made for high-school students. Relying on the results, we found out that most of the respondents saw that the bad internal relations in the institutions are considered as one of the reasons of the violence spread. Also, the results demonstrated that the most prevalent forms of violence in high schools is the violence between students and professors especially verbal one, which has become a daily practice in our educational institutions, in addition to the physical, moral, and material violence related to the destruction of the institution properties and the property of others.

من الملاحظ في الأعوام الأخيرة انتشار أنماط جديدة من السلوكات السلبية في المؤسسات التربوية الجزائرية خاصة الثانويات، حيث أصبح المجال التربوي التعليمي مجالا للصراع بين شركاء العملية التربوية التعليمية، ومن بين هذه السلوكات، سلوك العنف الذي أصبح يمارس فيها بشتى أنواعه، وباستعمال كل الوسائل والطرق لبلوغ الهدف، والذي أصبح لغة العصر بدل لغة الحوار، وهذا ما يدل على تصدع العلاقات التربوية بين أعضاء المجتمع المدرسي. لهذا أصبح التصدي لهذه الظاهرة الخطيرة محل اهتمام الكثير من المختصين في التربية، والمربين ومديري التربية وحتى وزارة التربية الوطنية، خاصة أنه يمارس في مكان تربوي تعليمي، من قبل طلاب العلم أو المربين. حاولنا من خلال هذه الدراسة، معرفة الأسباب والعوامل التي ساعدت على انتشار هذه الظاهرة في الحرم المدرسي من وجهة نظر التلاميذ. حيث استعنا بأدوات البحث المتمثلة في الملاحظة، المقابلة والاستبيان، الذي وجهناه إلى التلاميذ في مرحلة التعليم الثانوي. اتضح لنا من خلال النتائج، أن معظم المبحوثين رأوا بأن سوء العلاقات الداخلية في المؤسسة، يعد كأحد أسباب انتشار العنف فيها، كما بينت النتائج أيضا، أن أكثر أشكال العنف انتشارا في الثانويات، هو العنف بين التلاميذ والأساتذة، خاصة "العنف اللفظي" الذي أصبح يمارس يوميا في مؤسساتنا التربوية، إضافة إلى العنف المعنوي والجسدي والمادي المتعلق بتحطيم ممتلكات المؤسسة وممتلكات الآخرين.
