المستخلص: The purpose of this study was to know the impact of strategic planning on raising the performance level of the organization from the point of view of the administrators in Syrian Telecommunications Company, it was used the statistical program (spssv20) for hypotheses testing and analyze of the results of the study sample, which consists of 133 Administrative. We used a questionnaire as a tool for data collection, in addition to many pervious, Books and periodicals related to topic of study. The study has reached that strategic planning contributes to raising the level of performance of the company by increasing its effectiveness and efficiency, The study recommended the need to continue to practice and apply the process of strategic planning, as a management tool that contribute to raising the level of performance of the company, And to promote the culture of strategic planning within the company, Identify specific performance indicators, and measure them from time to time to determine the degree of institutional performance.

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر التخطيط الاستراتيجي في رفع مستوى أداء الشركة السورية للاتصالات من وجهة نظر الإداريين، تم استخدام البرنامج الإحصائي (SPSSV20) لاختبار الفرضيات، وتحليل النتائج لعينة الدراسة التي تتكون من 133 إداري، استخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، إضافة إلى الدراسات السابقة والكتب والدوريات، توصلت الدراسة إلى أن التخطيط الاستراتيجي يساهم في رفع مستوى أداء الشركة، من خلال رفع فاعليتها وكفاءتها، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاستمرار بممارسة وتطبيق عملية التخطيط الاستراتيجي، باعتبارها أداة إدارية تساهم في رفع مستوى أداء الشركة، والعمل على تكريس ثقافة التخطيط الاستراتيجي داخل الشركة، وتحديد مؤشرات الأداء الخاصة، وقياسها من وقت لآخر لتحديد درجة الأداء المؤسسي.
