المستخلص: The research aims to identify the correlation between learned helplessness and psychological security، And knowledge of the differences between the mean scores of the respondents to the learned helplessness scale and psychological security scale according to the variables of sex and school year. The application of the learned helplessness scale prepared by Hanan Aldaher and psychological security scale prepared by Fahed Aldilim on a sample which consist from (277) of open learning Kindergarten students in the college of education at the University of Damascus، for the year (2016_2017). The results indicated the following: _There are negative correlation statistically significant between the scores of students on a scale of learned helplessness and psychological security among the sample also. _ There are differences between the mean scores of the sample on the learned helplessness scale according to the variables of the school year for the fourth year students _ There are differences between the mean scores of the sample on the scale of psychological security according to the variables of the school year for the first year students. _ There are differences between the mean scores of the sample on the scale of the learned helplessness according the sex variable in favor of males. _There are not differences between the mean scores of the sample on the psychological security scale according to gender variable.

هدف البحث إلى تعرف العلاقة الارتباطية بين العجز المكتسب والأمن النفسي، ومعرفة الفروق بين متوسطات درجات أفراد العينة على مقياس العجز المكتسب وعلى مقياس الأمن النفسي وفقا لمتغيري الجنس والسنة الدراسية. تكونت عينة البحث من (277) طالبا وطالبة من طلبة رياض أطفال التعليم المفتوح، وطبق عليهم مقياس العجز المكتسب الذي أعدته حنان الضاهر، ومقياس الأمن النفسي الذي أعده عبد الله الدليم، وذلك بعد التحقق من صدقهما وثباتهما، للعام الدراسي (2016-2017). وأشارت النتائج إلى ما يلي: -وجود علاقة ارتباطية سلبية وذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجات الطلبة أفراد عينة البحث على مقياس العجز المكتسب وبين درجاتهم على مقياس الأمن النفسي. -وجود فروق بين متوسطات درجات أفراد العينة على مقياس العجز المكتسب وفقا لمتغير السنة الدراسية لصالح طلبة السنة الرابعة. -وجود فروق بين متوسطات درجات أفراد العينة على مقياس الأمن النفسي وفقا لمتغير السنة الدراسية لصالح طلبة السنة الأولي. -وجود فروق بين متوسطات درجات أفراد العينة على مقياس العجز المكتسب وفقا لمتغير الجنس لصالح الطلبة الذكور. -عدم وجود فروق بين متوسطات درجات أفراد العينة على مقياس الأمن النفسي وفقا لمتغير الجنس.
