المستخلص: The current research aims to identify the nature of the current research aims to identify the nature of the relationship between the self -disclosure and its relationship to reveal Strong Personality among a sample of open education students at the University of Damascus, according to a variable specialization school (Kindergarten, accounting). I have been using self- disclosure setting Scale (James Baldwin and al-Tai, 2015), and Strong Personality (Kubaisi, 1987, modifying KPN et al., 2011), and the number of members of the sample as a whole amounted to (150) students. The study found the following results: 1. There is a positive correlation statistically significant differences between the self-disclosure and its relationship to reveal Strong Personality with the research sample. 2. There were no statistically significant differences between mean scores of members of the research sample of self-detecting scale depending on the variable and specialization school (Kindergarten, accounting), 3. There were no statistically significant differences between mean scores of members of the research sample to measure the Strong Personality variable depending on the specialization school (Kindergarten, accounting).

يهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين كشف الذات وعلاقتها بقوة الشخصية لدى عينة من طلبة التعليم المفتوح بجامعة دمشق، حسب متغير التخصص الدراسي (رياض أطفال، محاسبة). وقد تم استخدام مقياس كشف الذات إعداد (المهداوي والطائي، 2015)، وقوة الشخصية (الكبيسي 1987، وتعديل كبن وآخرون، 2011)، وبلغ عدد أفراد العينة ككل (150) طالبا وطالبة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: 1. توجد علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين كشف الذات وقوة الشخصية لدى أفراد عينة البحث. 2. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات أفراد عينة البحث على مقياس كشف الذات تبعا لمتغير التخصص الدراسي (رياض أطفال، محاسبة). 3. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات أفراد عينة البحث على مقياس قوة الشخصية تبعا لمتغير التخصص الدراسي (رياض أطفال، محاسبة).
