المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى: تحديد المشكلات التي تواجه عمل معلمات الرياض في رياض مدينة حمص (من وجهة نظر المعلمات أنفسهم)، وإلى طرح عدد من التوصيات لعلها تسهم في العمل على خفض تلك المشكلات، وقد تكونت عينة البحث من 40 معلمة من معلمات الرياض تم اختيارهن بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، وقامت الباحثة بتصميم استبانة للتعرف إلى المشكلات التي تواجه معلمات رياض الأطفال أثناء تنفيذ الأنشطة في رياض الأطفال، ولاختبار نتائج الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة النسب المئوية ومعادل الارتباط بيرسون واختبار ت ستودنت. وقد حددت نتائج البحث عددا من المشكلات التي تواجه معلمات رياض الأطفال أثناء تنفيذ الأنشطة في رياض الأطفال منها: مشكلات (متعلقة بالوسائل التعليمية والتربوية) بشكل عام والتي ظهرت لدى رياض القطاع الخاص أكثر من رياض القطاع العام مشكلات متعلقة ببناء الروضة وتموضعها. هناك تقارب كبير فيما يخص المشكلات (المتعلقة بالمعلمات) والمشكلات (المتعلقة بالإدارة والخدمات) التي تواجه معلمات الرياض في القطاعين العام والخاص. كما توصل البحث إلى النتائج التالية: -وجود فروق في المشكلات بشكل عام التي تواجه معلمات رياض الأطفال أثناء تنفيذ الأنشطة في رياض الأطفال لصالح الرياض الخاصة. -وجود فروق لصالح الرياض الخاصة في محوري (بناء الروضة، والوسائل التعليمية والتربوية).

The research aims to: Identify the problems facing the work of Riyadh teachers in the city of Homs (from the teachers ’own point of view), and to put forward a number of recommendations that might contribute to the work to reduce these problems, and the research sample consisted of 40 teachers from Riyadh teachers were chosen in a simple random way, and the researcher designed a questionnaire to identify the problems that kindergarten teachers face during the implementation of activities in kindergartens, and to test the results of the study, the researcher used percentages, Pearson correlation coefficient and the Student Test. The results of the research identified a number of problems that face kindergarten teachers during the implementation of activities in kindergarten, including: Problems (related to instructional and educational methods) in general, which appeared in the private sector more than in the public sector. - Problems related to the construction and placement of the kindergarten. - There is a great convergence in terms of problems (related to female teachers) and problems (related to administration and services) that face Riyadh teachers in the public and private sectors. The research also reached the following results: - There are differences in the problems in general that face kindergarten teachers while implementing activities in kindergartens for the benefit of private kindergartens - The existence of differences in favor of private Riyadh in the two axes (kindergarten building, and educational and educational aids)
