المستخلص: This study aimed to answer the following main question: What is the role of kindergarten principals as resident supervisors in improving the performance of parameters from the parameters point of view? This question is divided by the following sub-questions: What is the degree of appreciation of kindergartens teachers for the role of directors of Riyadh as supervisors resident in Improving the performance of teachers in the city of Homs? Are the estimates of kindergarten teachers in Homs different from the role of directorates of Riyadh? Children as resident supervisors in improving the performance of parameters according to (academic qualification)? In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher followed the descriptive approach, and designed a questionnaire consisting of (64) paragraphs divided into four areas: Planning, implementation of teaching, classroom management, evaluation.) The questionnaire was distributed to kindergarten teachers in Homs, (Government and private). The study found the following results: The degree of appreciation of kindergarten teachers for the role of kindergarten principals as resident supervisors In the improvement of the performance of the parameters of a large degree (78.8%) of the total estimate of the study sample There are no statistically significant differences at the level of (0,05) in the estimates of kindergarten teachers in Homs city for the role of kindergarten principals as supervisors residing in improving their performance in the field of grade management due to the qualification variable. However, there are differences in planning, In favor of diploma teachers and rises at the postgraduate studies in the field of education.

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الإجابة عن السؤال الرئيس التالي: ما دور مديرات رياض الأطفال كمشرفات مقيمات في تحسين أداء المعلمات من وجهة نظر المعلمات؟ ويتفرع من هذا السؤال الأسئلة الفرعية التالية: ما درجة تقدير معلمات رياض الأطفال لدور مديرات رياض كمشرفات مقيمات في تحسين أداء المعلمات في مدينة حمص؟ هل تختلف تقديرات معلمات رياض الأطفال في مدينة حمص لدور مديرات رياض الأطفال كمشرفات مقيمات في تحسين أداء المعلمات باختلاف (المؤهل الأكاديمي)؟ ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، وقامت بتصميم استبانة مكونة من (64) فقرة موزعة على أربعة مجالات هي: (التخطيط، تنفيذ التدريس إدارة الصف، التقييم) وتم توزيع الاستبانة على معلمات رياض الأطفال في مدينة حمص والبالغ عددهن (299) معلمة (حكومية وخاصة). وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: درجة تقدير معلمات رياض الأطفال لدور مديرات رياض الأطفال كمشرفات مقيمات في تحسين أداء المعلمات درجة كبيرة بلغت (8.78%) من إجمالي تقدير عينة الدراسة. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) في تقديرات معلمات رياض الأطفال في مدينة حمص لدور مديرات رياض الأطفال كمشرفات مقيمات في تحسين أدائهن في مجال إدارة الصف تعزى لمتغير المؤهل ولكن توجد فروق في مجالات التخطيط والتقييم والدرجة الكلية للاستبيان لصالح معلمات الدبلوم وترتفع عند حملة الدراسات العليا في مجال التربية.
