|a تعتبر التحديات التي أصبحت تواجه المنظومة التربوية مثل العولمة والتطور التكنولوجي وانعكاساتها على جميع الأصعدة الاجتماعية ، الثقافية والعلمية، حافزاً لتطبيق العديد من الإصلاحات التي من شأنها تحسين نوعية مخرجاتها،ومن بين هذ الإصلاحات نجد مشروع المؤسسة الذي جاء لتحقيق التكامل بين ثلاثة جوانب مهمة ( التربوي، البيداغوجي، الإداري).\nوللإشارة فان مشروع المؤسسة يسعى إلى تحقيق الفعالية والتي بدورها تتطلب تنظيما محكما وإستراتيجية ملائمة، وبالأخص تعبئة جميع أعضاء الجماعة التربوية (الإداريون، المعلمون، التلاميذ وغيرهم) كما يتطلب كذلك تجنيد جميع عناصر المحيط (أولياء التلاميذ، السلطات المحلية وغيرهم) خدمة للمدرسة و أعضائها.

|f The challenges faced by the educational system, such as globalization and technological development and its impact at all social, cultural and scientific levels, are the catalyst for the implementation of many reforms that improve the quality of their outputs. Among these reforms is the institution's project, which was introduced to integrate the three important aspects (Educational, Pedagogical, and Administrative).\nThe organization's project seeks to achieve efficiency, which in turn requires an appropriate organization and strategy, especially mobilization of all members of the educational group (administrators, teachers, students and others).
