المستخلص: نعرض هذا المقال لبيان جهود علماء أصول الفقه الإسلامي وتميزهم في معالجة مشكلات الدلالة من خلال النصوص، ومناقشة المنطلقات والأسس الفكرية والمنطقية لبناء تعاريف دلالية وطرائق تفكيرية. ومن هؤلاء شهاب الدين القرافي (626- 684هـ). كان الهدف هو عرض بعض آرائه في مسائل الدلالة انطلاقا من تفريقه المهم بين أنواع الاستعمالات اللغوية. وقد تبين أنه تفريق مؤسس على مراعاة الألفاظ في سياقات تخاطبية، ومن هذا المنطلق يرى القرافي أن الدلالة مقيدة بالإفهام في التواصل بالعلامات اللسانية.

We present this article to illustrate the efforts of scholars of the Principles of Islamic jurisprudence and their excellence in addressing the semantic problems through texts and discussing the intellectual and logical bases and premises for building semantic definitions and methods of thinking. Among them is Shihab al-Din al-Qarafi (626-684 AH). The aim was to present some of his views on questions of semantics based on its important distinction between the types of the uses of language. It has been found to be a differentiation based on the observance of words in conversational contexts. From this point, Al-Qarafi considers that the semantic is limited by understanding in communication with lingual signs.

Nous avons essayé dans cet article éclaircir les efforts émis par les scientifiques de Ossol-Fiqh (la jurisprudence islamique) ceux dont étaient jouies de privilège en traitement des problèmes de la sémantique à travers les textes, et en discutant les perspectives et le fondations intellectuelle et logiques pour fonder des définitions sémantiques et des modalités de pensée. Parmi eux CHIHAB-DINE QARAFI (626-684 Hégire). Le but était de explorer ses points de vues en question de signification qu’il a opter, à partir de la distinction entre les usages linguistiques. Cette distinction prend enconsidération les paroles en différents contextes communicatives. Et de cette distinction QARAFI adopte un concept définissant la signification, en faisant du fait de comprendre (entendement) une nécessité dans la communication à travers le sigue linguistique .
