المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة في الكشف عن اتجاهات طالبات الإرشاد النفسي والتربوي في جامعة البلقاء التطبيقية نحو تخصصهن الأكاديمي في ضوء بعض المتغيرات، ومن أجل ذلك تم الاعتماد على أداة لقياس الاتجاهات نحو تخصص الإرشاد النفسي والتربوي، والمتكون من (50) فقرة، وزعت على (43) طالبة. وكشفت النتائج إلى أن نسبة (25.6%) من الطالبات لديهن اتجاهات إيجابية ونسبة (74.4%) من الطالبات لديهن اتجاهات محايدة نحو تخصصهن الأكاديمي، كما أظهرت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية على الدرجة الكلية لاتجاهات طالبات الإرشاد النفسي والتربوي في جامعة البلقاء التطبيقية نحو تخصصهن الأكاديمي تعزى لمتغير السنة الدراسية ومتغير المعدل التراكمي. وأشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لاتجاهات طالبات الإرشاد النفسي والتربوي في جامعة البلقاء التطبيقية نحو تخصصهن الأكاديمي تعزى للمتغيرات التالية: متغير مكان السكن ولصالح منطقة عمان، ومتغير طريقة القبول في الجامعة ولصالح المكرمة الملكية والتنافس والنظام الموازي، ومتغير جهة الانفاق على الدراسة ولصالح النفقة الخاصة، ومتغير فرع الثانوية العامة ولصالح الفرع الأدبي، وأخيراً متغير المعدل في الثانوية العامة ولصالح معدل (65- 69.9) ونوقشت النتائج في ضوء نتائج الدراسات السابقة والأدب التربوي، وقدمت التوصيات المناسبة.

This study aimed at detecting the attitudes of students of psychological and educational counseling at Balqa Applied University towards their academic specialization in the light of some variables. For this purpose, a tool was used to measure the attitudes towards the specialization of psychological and educational counseling which consists of (50) paragraphs and distributed to (43) female students. The results revealed that (25.6%) of students have positive attitudes and (74.4%) of students have neutral attitudes towards their academic specialization. The results also showed that there are no statistically significant differences in the total score of the attitudes of psychological and educational counseling students at Balqa Applied University towards their academic specialization due to the academic year variable and cumulative grade point average (GPA). The results indicated that there are statistically significant differences in the attitudes of students of psychological and educational counseling at Balqa Applied University towards their academic specialization due to the following variables: The variable of the place of residence for the benefit of the Amman region, the variable of the method of admission to the university, for the benefit of the royal and competition and the parallel system, the variable of the school expenditure and for the benefit of the private financing, the variable of the general secondary branch and for the literary branch, and finally the variable of the average score in the general secondary school and for the benefit of the average score ( 65. 69.9). The results were discussed in the light of the results of previous studies and educational literature, and made appropriate recommendations.
