استهدف البحث معرفة أثر برنامج في الإرشاد المهني في تنمية الوعي المهني لدى طلبة المرحلة الإعدادية في محافظة النجف الأشرف للعينة ككل، ووفق متغير الجنس، وتكونت عينة البحث – من (72) طالباً وطالبة بواقع (36) طالبا و(36) وطالبة وللدوام الصباحي، للعام الدراسي 2014- 2015، تم اختيارهم بطريقة العشوائية، وتم توزيعها عشوائيا إلى ست مجاميع تجريبية ومجموعتين ضابطتين، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث، تم بناء مقياس للوعي المهني ، بعد استخراج الصدق بأنواعه (الصدق الظاهري ، والصدق البنائي من خلال الصدق التميزي والاتساق الداخلي للفقرات والثبات بطريقة إعادة الاختبار للمقياس، وبناء برنامج في الإرشاد المهني بنماذج ثلاث هي نظرية الشخصية (Ann Reo)، نظرية الإنمائية (مفهوم الذات) (Ginsberg)، نظرية السلوكية الاجتماعية (Bandura) وكشفت النتائج تفوق نظريتي Reo (Bandura) (Ann)، على نظرية (Ginsberg)، وكما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) تعزى إلى متغير الجنس لصالح الإناث في نظرية (Ann Reo)، ولصالح الذكور في نظرية (Ginsberg)، وتساوي الذكور والإناث في نظرية (Bandura)، وفي ضوء نتائج البحث تقدمت الباحثة بمجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات.
The Research aimed to know the effect of program in Vocational Counseling in developing the vocational awareness for high School students' stage in Holy Najaf: Ginsberg Province for the sample as a whole according to the gender variable. The sample of the research is consisted of 72 female and male students as (36) male student and (36)female student for the morning study for the Academic year 2014- 2015. They have been chosen randomly, and distribute it randomly to six Experimental Groups and two disciplined groups, and to achieve the goals of Research the measure of Vocational Awareness was built after extracting truthiness kinds (Active truthiness, Apparent truthiness) by distinguished truthiness with internal constant for the terms, and constancy by retest for the measure ,and build a program in Vocational counseling in three samples which are personal theory (Ann Reo), Developing theory (self concept, Ginsberg), Social learning theory (Krumbolts). The results have discovered the superiority of (Ann Reo) and (Krumbolts) theories upon (Ginsberg theory),and as the results showed, there are a statistical significances differences o the level (0,05) due to the gender variable for females in (Ann Reo) theory ,and for males in (Ginsberg)theory, and both females and males are equal in (Krumbolts) theory. According to the research results, the Researcher presented a group of recommendations and suggestions.
