| 520 | |d L’objectif de la présente contribution est de planifier la production au sein de l’entreprise publique Alcost de Bejaia et cela à travers l’impact de l’optimisation des coûts variables sur la compétitivité de l’entreprise. Pour ce faire, nous avons élaboré un modèle des coûts variables, selon les données de l’entreprise enquêtée, qui a pour objectif de rationnaliser les coûts de production à court terme et de planifier la production. La résolution du modèle en question a été faite par logiciel STORM. Cette résolution nous donne un plan optimal qui permis à l’entreprise un coût variable minimal. L’analyse des résultats nous ont permis d’illustrer des recommandations à l’entreprise enquêtée pour réaliser ses objectifs. | ||
| 520 | |b The objective of this contribution is to plan the production within the public company Alcost de Bejaia and this through the optimization of its variable cost. To do this, we have developed a linear program, according to the data of the company surveyed. The program was realized using the "storm" software. The resolution of our program allowed us to realize an optimal plan that gives the company a minimum variable cost. The analysis of these results allowed us to give recommendations to the company surveyed to improve its performance. | ||
