تعد قضية الطفولة وتنشئة الأطفال من القضايا المهمة التي تلقى اهتماما واسع من جميع المفكرين والعلماء والباحثين في مختلف التخصصات والميادين والمجالات، فهي قضية تستثير اهتمام المجتمع بمستوياته المختلفة، وتقرر حق الطفل في تهيئة البيئة المناسبة لنموه بمختلف مجالات النمو النفسية والاجتماعية والانفعالية واللغوية. وتعتبر مرحلة رياض الأطفال مرحلة إعداد وتهيئة للطفل، فالطفل في هذه المرحلة بحاجة إلى توفير المناخ الملائم الذي يكشف عن قدرات الطفل ومواهبه ويساعد على التفكير المنظم الهادف. وهدف البحث إلى: هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على أثر برنامج تعليمي باستخدام الهيبرميديا على تنمية مهارات طفل الروضة، وذلك من خلال التعرف على: تحديد أهم المهارات الأساسية التي يجب غرسها في الطفل في مرحلة الروضة. 1. التعرف على تأثير المهارات على القدرات العقلية والفكرية والانفعالية لدى طفل الروضة. 2. إعداد برنامج تعليمي باستخدام الهيبرميديا قائم على الاكتشاف لتنمية مهارات طفل الروضة. 3. إظهار دور الهيبرميديا الفعال (Hypermedia programs) في تنمية مهارات طفل الروضة. 4. دراسة الأسس العلمية لتصميم البرنامج التعليمي لتحقيق أهداف التدريب في تنمية المهارات. 5. ملاحقة التطورات التكنولوجية السريعة في العصر الحديث وما يتطلبه ذلك من تعديلات سلوكية ومهارية وتنمية قدرات. توصل البحث إلى: 1- لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا ًبين متوسطي درجات الأطفال بالمجموعة الضابطة والمجموعة التجريبية لمقياس تنمية مهارات طفل الروضة في التطبيق القبلي. 2- وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطي درجات الأطفال بالمجموعة التجريبية في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي لمقياس تنمية مهارات طفل الروضة لصاح التطبيق البعدي. 3- وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطي درجات الأطفال بالمجموعة الضابطة في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي لمقياس تنمية مهارات طفل الروضة لصالح التطبيق البعدي. 4- وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطي درجات الأطفال بالمجموعة التجريبية في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي لمقياس تنمية مهارات طفل الروضة لصالح التطبيق البعدي. 5- وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطي درجات أطفال المجموعة الضابطة وأطفال المجموعة التجريبية في مقياس تنمية مهارات طفل الروضة البعدي لصالح المجموعة التجريبية. وأوصى البحث بـ: 1- استخدام البرنامج التعليمي المقترح والمعد بأسلوب الهيبرميديا لتنمية مهارات طفل الروضة. 2- الاهتمام بتنمية المهارات الحياتية لطفل الروضة، بما يساعدهم فيما بعد على مواجهة مواقف الحياة المختلفة والتعامل معها بنجاح. 3- مسايرة الاتجاهات العالمية للاستفادة من تقنيات المعلومات الحديثة لمسايرة التقدم الحادث بالجامعات الأجنبية. 4- التأكيد على دور الجامعات في خدمة المجتمع لحثهم على إجراء الأبحاث والدراسات عن مؤسسات الدولة.

Pursuing rapid technological developments in modern times and the required behavioural and skill modifications and capacity development. The research reached to: There are no statistically significant differences between the average scores of the students in the control group and the experimental group of the kindergarten child development scale in tribal application. 2- There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of students in the experimental group in the tribal and remote application of the scale of development of kindergarten child skills for the application of the post. 3- There are statistically significant differences between the average grades of female students in the control group in the tribal and remote application of the scale of development of kindergarten child skills for the application of the post. 4- There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of students in the experimental group in the tribal and remote application of the scale of development of kindergarten child skills for the application of the post. 5- There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the students of the control group and the experimental group in the scale of development of the skills of the preschool child in favour of the experimental group. I recommend searching for: 1- Use the proposed educational program and prepared in a hypermedia to develop the skills of the kindergarten child. 2- Pay attention to the development of life skills of the kindergarten child, which helps them to cope with different situations of life and deal with them successfully. 3- Follow the global trends to take advantage of modern information technologies to keep pace with progress in foreign universities. 4- Emphasize the role of universities in the service of society to urge them to conduct research and studies on state institutions.
