|f The study problem was the main question: How is it possible to benefit from the school feeding programs in Finland and Singapore to develop the school feeding program in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia?\nTo answer this question, the study aimed to identify the school feeding programs in Finland, Singapore and Saudi Arabia in accordance with the regulations and circulars in light of the factors and cultural forces affecting each of them, and then identify similarities and differences to arrive at proposed measures for the development of the school feeding program in Saudi Arabia. To achieve the objective and comparative nature of the study, the researcher used George Brady's approach. The study reached several results: There were many differences between school feeding programmes in Finland, Singapore and Saudi Arabia when compared to similarities due to different factors and cultural forces that led to the choice of the type of programme and the establishment of the regulatory framework. In addition, Finland, Singapore and Saudi Arabia have adopted the dietary guidelines in line with international recommendations. However, Finland and Singapore were similar in updating the guidelines periodically in accordance with developments other than Saudi Arabia. Finland, Singapore and Saudi Arabia are also similar in the multiplicity of operating mechanisms for the cafe/restaurant to suit different cultures and adhere to dietary habits. Accordingly, Finland, Singapore and Saudi Arabia issued penal regulations for violations of school feeding programmes, but they differed in clarifying the rules, the severity of penalties, the mechanism for their application and updating.\nThe study, after analysis and explanatory comparison, came up with proposed measures to develop the school feeding program in Saudi Arabia.\nThe study problem was the main question: How is it possible to benefit from the school feeding programs in Finland and Singapore to develop the school feeding program in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia?\nTo answer this question, the study aimed to identify the school feeding programs in Finland, Singapore and Saudi Arabia in accordance with the regulations and circulars in light of the factors and cultural forces affecting each of them, and then identify similarities and differences to arrive at proposed measures for the development of the school feeding program in Saudi Arabia.
