Humane risk became certainly a managerial preoccupation of a capital interest on the different levels: scientific, academic and professional as well. The management in its preventive approach became also an imperative tool of new challenges are imposed by environment nowadays. This new type of management (preventive management) allows decrypting the hidden phenomenon linked to human behavior in the enterprises. Human capital is linked to the capacity of the actors and managers of the enterprise to mobilize the emotional intelligence of Human Resources. |
