المستخلص: Every social organization is considered as a pattern that contains a set of subsystems that form it on one hand and distinguish it on the other hand. These subformats extend within the organization as guidelines for the human action and behavior of its members, whether the founders or the organizers. These social systems extend within each type through a set of mechanisms according to the theory of cultural sediment. Cultural components extend within social structures and societies through their inheritance to remain semi constant for guiding human behavior within social structures. Culture is one of the most important components of every social organization and among the most important organizational patterns is the bureaucratic pattern. In this paper we will try to analyze the most important organizational characteristics of this pattern and how it extended in the form of regulatory deposits based on the theory of cultural sediment.

Chaque organisation sociale est considéré comme un modèle contenant un ensemble de sous-systèmes a posé d'une part et de la distinguer de l'autre, et étend ces sous-formats dans l’orientation des comportements humanitaire et le comportement de ses membres, soit les fondateurs ou les adhérents, ces organisations sociales dans chaque système et étend à travers une série de mécanismes, selon la théorie sédiments culturels, étend les composantes culturelles au sein des communautés sociales et les formats par héritage, les autres semi-constantes des directives du comportement humain dans les formats sociaux, et la culture est l'un des plus importants formats constitutifs pour chaque organisation sociale. L’un des modèles les plus importants et les formats d'organisation le modèle Bureaucratique, que nous allons essayer d'analyser dans cet article les caractéristiques organisationnelles les plus importantes et la façon dont son extension sous la forme de sédiments organisationnelle de la théorie culturelle des sédiments culturelle..

إن كل تنظيم اجتماعي باعتباره نسقا يحوي مجموعة من الأنظمة الفرعية التي تشكله من جهة وتميزه من جهة أخري، وتمتد تلك الانساق الفرعية داخله كموجهات للفعل والسلوك الإنساني لأعضائه سواء المؤسسين أو المنظمين إليه، وتمتد تلك الأنظمة الاجتماعية داخل كل نسق من خلال مجموعة من الآليات فوقا لنظرية الرواسب الثقافية، تمتد المكونات الثقافية داخل الانساق الاجتماعية والمجتمعات من خلال توريثها، لتبقي شبه ثوابت من الموجهات للسلوك الإنساني داخل الانساق الاجتماعية، وتعد الثقافة أحد أهم الانساق المكونة لكل تنظيم اجتماعي، ومن بين أهم الأنماط والانساق التنظيمية النمط البيروقراطي، والذي سنحاول في هذه الورقة تحليل أهم مميزاته التنظيمية وكيفية امتدادها على شكل رواسب تنظيمية انطلاقا من نظرية الرواسب الثقافية.
