المستخلص: يصرح العديد من الطلبة الجزائريين للغة الفرنسية بأنهم يعرفون ضعفا في التعبير الشفوي أكثر من التعبير الكتابي. هذا التصريح يدفعنا للبحث عن الأسباب الرئيسية المسؤولة عن النقائص الموجودة في التعبير الشفوي. الخوف من ارتكاب الأخطاء يمنع الطلبة من استغلال الفرص المتاحة أمامهم لتحسين مستواهم في اللغة الفرنسية واستخدام مهارات جديدة أو حتى تقدما من حيث التعبير الشفوي ويخلق لديهم شعورا بعدم الأمان اللغوي. نحن نعتقد بأن انعدام الأمن اللغوي يمكن أن يكون له تأثير كبير على الإمكانيات اللغوية لطلبة اللغة الفرنسية في الجزائر. نريد التركيز على مختلف جوانب أل انعدام اللغوي الأمن التي يعاني منها هؤلاء الطلبة من خلال أحاديث مع الطلبة أردنا أن نكشف بعض الأسباب التي تؤدي إلى هذا الخوف.

Many students declare that they feel better to the paper than to the oral when it comes to speak French, they often have a blocking when they speak. This statement urges us to think about the possible causes of their gaps in the oral. The fear of making mistakes or even being ridiculous prevents many students from taking advantage of opportunities to use new skills or even measuring their progress in terms of speaking and creates for thème a sense of linguistic insecurity. We think that the linguistic insecurity could have a big impact on the language skills of the students of French language. We are anxious to emphasize the various facets of the linguistic insecurity which can exist at these speaker’s.

Beaucoup d’étudiants algériens de langue française déclarent qu’ils se sentent mieux à l’écrit qu’à l’oral quand il s’agit de parler le français, ils ont souvent un blocage quand ils prennent la parole. Cette déclaration nous a poussés à réfléchir sur les éventuelles causes de leurs lacunes à l’oral. La peur de faire des erreurs, voire d’être ridicule empêche beaucoup d’étudiants de saisir toutes les occasions qui s’offrent à eux d’utiliser de nouvelles compétences ou même de mesurer leurs progrès en termes d’expression orale et crée chez eux un sentiment d’insécurité linguistique. Nous pensons que l’insécurité linguistique pourrait avoir un grand impact sur les compétences linguistiques des étudiants de langue française en Algérie. Nous tenons à déceler les indices d’insécurité linguistique chez ces étudiants et de mettre l’accent sur les différentes facettes de l’insécurité linguistique qui peuvent exister chez ces locuteurs.
