|a تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة دور أخلاقيات الأعمال في تحسين أداء العاملين وذلك من خلال معرفة طبيعة العلاقة ما بين أخلاقيات الأعمال وأداء العاملين في مستشفى بني سليمان ولاية المدية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة فقد تم تصميم استبانة وتوزيعها على أفراد عينة الدراسة والبالغ عددهم (30) مفردة، ولقد تم استخدام الرزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) لتحليل البيانات بحيث توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه يجب وضع وتعزيز أخلاقيات الأعمال، وضرورة أن يقوم المستشفى بتحديد السياسات الأخلاقية وتوزيعها عبر مختلف مصالحه، وتدريب العاملين فيه على تعزيز قدرتهم لمواجهة المشاكل الأخلاقية الصعبة
