المستخلص: Ce présent article s’inscrit dans le cadre d’une étude expérimentale sur les particularités phonétiques du français tunisien. Spécifiquement, nous visons à identifier les habitudes articulatoires rencontrées dans la production des voyelles de moyenne aperture antérieures non arrondies /e/ et /ɛ/ par 4 jeunes locuteurs tunisiens. Dans ce contexte, nous tentons d’interpréter puis comparer les écarts de prononciation entre les deux segments vocaliques /e/ et /ɛ/. En s’appuyant sur les résultats d’analyse acoustique, nous avons dégagé certaines confusions articulatoires. Essentiellement, nous avons traité les prononciations erronées qui sont liées aux facteurs sociaux (le milieu social et l’origine dialectale des parents).

This article is part of an experimental study on the phonetic particularities of Tunisian French. Specifically, we aim to identify the articulatory habits encountered in the production of anterior aperture vowels without rounding / e / and / ɛ / by four young Tunisian speakers. In this context, we try to interpret and then compare the pronunciation differences between the two vowel segments / e / and / ɛ /. Based on the results of acoustic analysis, we have identified certain articulation confusions.
Basically, we dealt with the wrong pronunciations that are related to social factors (the social background and dialectal origin of the parents).
