المستخلص: The aim of the research was to identify the nature of the relationship between strategic intelligence and achievement motivation in a sample of fourth year students at Damascus University. The significance of the differences in performance was revealed on the strategic intelligence scale, which is attributed to two variables: gender and specialization in the research sample, Which are attributed to two variables: gender and competence in the research sample. The study sample reached (140) male and female students (60) males and (80) females of fourth year students at the University of Damascus. The researcher used the questionnaire of strategic intelligence and motivation of achievement, which they prepared after confirming their sincerity and steadfastness The main findings of the research: 1. There is a correlation relationship of statistical significance between the strategic intelligence and motivation achievement in the members of the research sample 2. There are differences of statistical significance in the average performance of the members of the research sample on the scale of strategic intelligence attributed to the gender variable in favor of males. 3. There are statistically significant differences in the average performance of the research sample on the achievement pay scale due to gender variable in favor of males. 4. There are statistically significant differences in the average performance of the members of the research sample on the strategic intelligence scale due to the specialization variable in favor of psychology. 5. There are statistically significant differences in the average performance of the individuals in the research sample on the achievement pay scale due to the specialization variable in favor of psychology.

هدف البحث تعرف العلاقة بين الذكاء الاستراتيجي ودافع الإنجاز لدى عينة من طلبة السنة الرابعة في جامعة دمشق، وكشف دلالة الفروق في الأداء على مقياس الذكاء الاستراتيجي والتي تعزى لمتغيرين: الجنس والاختصاص لدى أفراد عينة البحث، وكشف دلالة الفروق في الأداء على مقياس دافع الإنجاز والتي تعزى لمتغيرين: الجنس والاختصاص لدى أفراد عينة البحث. وقد بلغت عينة البحث (140) طالبا وطالبة، (60) من الذكور و(80) من الإناث من طلاب السنة الرابعة في جامعة دمشق. وقد استخدم الباحث استبيان الذكاء الاستراتيجي ودافع الإنجاز وهما من إعداده بعد التأكد من صدقهما وثباتهما أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث: 1-توجد علاقة ارتباطيه إيجابية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الذكاء الاستراتيجي ودافع الإنجاز لدى أفرد عينة البحث. 2-توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسط درجات أفراد عينة البحث على مقياس الذكاء الاستراتيجي تعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الذكور. 3-توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسط درجات أفراد عينة البحث على مقياس دافع الإنجاز تعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الذكور. 4-توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسط درجات أفراد عينة على البحث مقياس الذكاء الاستراتيجي تعزى لمتغير الاختصاص لصالح علم النفس. 5-توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسط درجات أفراد عينة البحث على مقياس دافع الإنجاز تعزى لمتغير الاختصاص لصالح علم النفس.
