المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى إدارة المعرفة بجامعة الطائف ومتطلبات تطويرها (دراسة ميدانية)، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (231) عضو هيئة تدريس، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام أسلوب البحث الوصفي المسحي، وذلك من خلال تطوير استبانة لهذا الغرض مكونة من (45) فقرة موزعة على (ثلاثة) محاور. أظهرت النتائج أن درجة تطبيق إدارة المعرفة بجامعة الطائف والمعوقات التي تواجهها ومتطلبات تطويرها من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس جاءت بدرجة تقدير (متوسطة)، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α ≤ 0.05) بين أستاذ مشارك من جهة وكل من أستاذ مساعد ومدرس من جهة أخرى، وجاءت الفروق لصالح أستاذ مشارك في المعوقات التي تواجه تطبيق إدارة المعرفة، وفي الدرجة الكلية. ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α ≤ 0.05) بين أستاذ مشارك من جهة وكل من أستاذ واستاذ مساعد من جهة أخرى، وجاءت الفروق لصالح أستاذ مشارك في واقع تطبيق إدارة المعرفة كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α ≤ 0.05) بين أستاذ مشارك وأستاذ، وجاءت الفروق لصالح أستاذ مشارك في متطلبات تطوير إدارة المعرفة.

This study aimed to identify the management of knowledge at Taif University and its development requirements (Field Study). The study sample consisted of (231) faculty members, who were selected in a stratified random manner, and to achieve the objectives of this study a descriptive survey method was used, and through the development of a questionnaire for this purpose which was composed of (45) paragraphs distributed on (three) sections. The results of the study showed the reality of knowledge management at Taif University, its constraints and development requirements from the standpoint of the faculty that were a medium degree. The results of the study also showed that there were a statistically significant difference (α ≤ 0, 05) between an associate professor on one hand and all of a professor, an assistant professor and a lecturer on the other hand, the differences came in the favor of an associate professor in the obstacles facing the implementation of knowledge management, in total score. There were a statistically significant differences (α ≤ 0, 05) between an associate professor on one hand and an assistant professor and professor on the other hand, the differences came in the favor of an associate professor in the obstacles facing the implementation of knowledge management development. There were a statistically significant differences (α ≤ 0, 05) between associate professor and a professor and the differences came in the favor of an associate professor in the requirements of the implementation of knowledge management development.
