المستخلص: تعتبر الأنشطة اللوجستية أحد الأنشطة الهامة لدى المنظمات السياحية، مما يدفع بهذه المنظمات للبحث عن أساليب تمكنها من تحقيق أفضل أداء لهذه الأنشطة، ويهدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة أثر تكامل سلسلة التوريد في تحقيق ميزة تنافسية، بالإضافة إلى تسليط الضوء على أهمية اعتماد سلاسل التوريد وما يمكن أن تحققه لهذه للمنظمات من ميزات وقد شمل مجتمع البحث بعض المنظمات السياحية في مدينة دمشق. وقام الباحث بتحليل البيانات باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي. SPSS19 حيث تم استخدام عدد من الأدوات الإحصائية المناسبة وتم التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية بين تكامل سلسلة التوريد وتحقيق ميزة تنافسية ويتحقق هذا التكامل عن طريق مشاركة الموردين ومشاركة المعلومات. ويمكن تعريف سلسلة التوريد بأنها: جميع المنظمات المرتبطة ببعضها بأي شكل من أشكال التدفقات كتدفق المنتجات والخدمات والمعلومات والأموال وهذه المنظمات قادرة على التعاون والتنسيق فيما بينها لتحقيق أفضل أداء يؤدي إلى تلبية احتياجات العميل. كما يمكن تعريف الميزة التنافسية بأنها: أي شيء يمكن أن تقوم به المنظمة لا تستطيع المنظمات المنافسة القيام به أو أي شيء تمتلكه المنظمة لا تمتلكه باقي المنظمات.

Logistics activities are an important activity of tourism organizations, prompting these organizations to look for ways to achieve the best performance of these activities. This research aims to know the role of supply chain integration in achieving a competitive advantage, in addition to highlighting the importance of adopting supply chains and what can The search community has included some tourist organizations in the city of Damascus, the researcher analyzed the data by using the statistical program Spss19,where a number of appropriate statistical tools were used and follow results where obtained: There is a statistically significant relationship between supply chain integration and improved logistics performance, this integration is achieved through the participation of suppliers and the sharing of information. The supply chain can be defined as: All organizations linked to each other in any form of flows such as flow of products, services, information and funds. These organizations are able to cooperate and coordinate among themselves to achieve the best performance that meets the needs of the customer. Competitive advantage can also be defined as: anything the organization can do that the competing organizations can not do or anything the organization owns does not have the other organizations.
