|b Lubricity is a characteristic being against human and religious principles manifested in (the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice). Therefore, one of the heavenly and earthly appeals is (reform) and reform is the core of the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice. The Holly Qur’an has focused on reform in most of its surats, which is obvious through the confirmation of the Qur’an recommending human brotherhood rights, forbidding lying, betrayal, fraud and abuse in all their physical and moral forms. These principles, among others, prevent any of us from keeping silent in front of injustice and corruption, and urge him/her for cooperation in good deeds. The damage caused by lubricity among people leads to backwardness and weakness in the personality of the individual. However, lubricity between the community and the unjust ruler leads to social disasters. Lubricity in society has become a dangerous phenomenon; we are not in need of a big effort in order to see them. They are clear and evident in the practices of many people. What is more surprising is that the lubricity of the majority did not come because of ignorance, human could be excused if his Lubricity is due to ignorance but he is not in this world or in the Hereafter if such lubricity is due to aforethought. It is committed as any other committed crime, punishable by religion and law, but what encourages following lubricious way by many people is the absence of (the Prevention of Vice) and the phenomena of stopping telling the truth.
