|a ﺗﻬدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إبراز مفهوم التآزر التنظيمي باعتباره من المفاهيم الناتجة عن التفاعل الإيجابي داخل جماعة العمل، وكذا محاولة لمعرفة أثر ممارسة التآزر التنظيمي في تحسين أداء جماعة العمل، حيث تم اختيار "مقاطعة الوقود التابعة لشركة نفطال" بولاية بشار كمحل للدراسة، ولذلك تم توجيه استبانة إلى عينة من أفراد مجتمع الدراسة، ثم تحليل إجابات المستجوبين بالاستعانة ب برنامجSpss ، وقد تم استخدام المتوسطات الحسابية والإنحرافات المعيارية، وكذا اختبار تحليل التباين، وتحليل الإنحدار والإرتباط لإثبات أو نفي فرضيات الدراسة. وقد أظهرت نتائج التحليل وجود ممارسة متوسطة للتآزر التنظيمي وأداء جيد لجماعة العمل وكذا وجود أثر للتآزر التنظيمي في تحسين أداء جماعة العمل على مستوى "مقاطعة الوقود التابعة لشركة نفطال" بولاية بشار.

|b The aim of this article is to highlight the concept of organizational synergy as one of the concepts resulting from positive interaction within the working group, as well as to know the effect of organizational synergy on improving the performance of the working group. A questionnaire was sent to a sample of the study community, and the responses were analyzed using the Spss program. Standard deviations, variance analysis, regression analysis, and correlation were used to confirm or reject hypotheses. The results of the analysis showed a moderate practice of organizational synergy and good performance of the working group, as well as the effect of organizational synergy on improving the performance of the work group in the "Fuel Directorate of NAFTAL Company" in the state of BECHAR.
