This study aimed to examine the impact of the internal professional mobility on the career path of the employee through a field study at the Education Directorate in Mascara , to achieve the objectives of this study we have designed questionnaire model for dynamic internal professional and their impact on the career of the employee included four items, three of them which reflect the independent variable of the internal of professional mobility (upgrade, internal transfer , other movements), and the fourth one s about of career path variable .The data was collected and analyzed and hypotheses were tested using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences spss After the analysis of the hypothesis the results show that there is a correlation statistically significant of dynamic internal professional dimensions on the professional track relationship, as the value of Pearson correlation coefficient (0.553) this means 55.3%, also the study shows that there is a statistically effect significant for the dynamic internal professional dimensions on the career of the employee terms of impact rate (0.991) of any gain of 99.1%.
