This study aims to probe and examine the counseling services rendered to gifted students at Eastern Province - Saudi Arabia and to verify its conformity to globally adopted standards, further the study aims to probe possible affects of each educational variable, educational level, qualifications, years of experience in type of counseling services being rendered gifted students at Eastern Province - Saudi Arabia and to set a prospective strategy to develop the current condition of counseling rendered to gifted students at Eastern Area Saudi Arabia on light of international standards for counseling services rendered to gifted students. This case study consists of (40) counselors, all of them are from the Government Schools which provide counseling services to gifted students at Eastern Province - Saudi Arabia The researcher used the Descriptive Method to achieve aims of this study, and to implement the assessment measurements of counseling services rendered for the gifted students, using the point of view of the counselor (Service provider) as a tool of study. The result of study shows that the implementation of counseling services achieved high grade when compared with the world criteria, but some of them achieved middle grade in the following articles: 18,19,21,23,24,25,26 in the vocational dimension, but article 20 was low grade, in the family dimension the articles 66 and 68 were medium. The final result also shows that all the dimensions of measurements were high and matching with the world criteria, except the vocational dimension was middle. In addition, the final result did not show any differences in implementation of the counseling services among the changeable educational stage, the changeable scientific qualification and the experience years for the gifted students at Eastern Province and through this study, the researcher offers many recommendations.
