المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى التعر على أثر استراتيجية دورة التعلم فوق المعرفية في تحصيل طلبة الصف الرابع العلمي في مادة علم الأحياء ومهاراتهم الحياتية، وذلك من خلال التحقق من الفرضيتين الصفريتين الأتيتين: 1-لا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسط درجات طلبة المجموعة التجريبية الذين درسوا بستراتيجية دورة التعلم فوق المعرفية ومتوسط درجات المجموعة الضابطة الذين درسوا بالطريقة الاعتيادية في التحصيل. 2-لا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسط درجات طلبة المجموعة التجريبية الذين درسوا بستراتيجية دورة التعلم فوق المعرفية ومتوسط درجات المجموعة الضابطة الذين درسوا بالطريقة الاعتيادية في مقياس المهارات الحياتية. وتم مكافأة المجموعتين في متغيرات (المعلومات السابقة، العمر الزمني، الذكاء، مقياس المهارات الحياتية)، واختار الباحث التصميم التجريبي ذو الضبط الجزئي لمجموعتي البحث (التجريبية والضابطة) ذوات الاختبار البعدي للتحصيل ومقياس المهارات الحياتية، وقام الباحث بتدريس مجموعتي البحث، واستمرت التجربة شهرين من 1/3/2017 إلى 30/4/2017. طبق الباحث أداتي البحث وهي اختبار تحصيلي مكون من خمس وأربعون فقرة تم إعداده من قبل الباحث وتم التأكد من صدقه، وثباته، ومعامل الصعوبة والسهولة، ومعامل التمييز، وفاعلية البدائل الخاطئة، وتبني الباحث مقياسا للمهارات الحياتية والذي أعده (المسعودي، 2011) وذلك لمناسبته للبيئة العراقية والمرحلة الدراسية فضلا عن موافقة الخبراء باعتماده، ويتكون المقياس من (68) فقرة بثلاث بدائل، ويتوجب على الطالب اختيار البديل الذي يراه مناسباً، وتم التحقق من صدق المقياس وثباته. أظهرت النتائج تفوق طلبة المجموعة التجريبية في التحصيل والمهارات الحياتية مقارنة بزملائهم في المجموعة الضابطة. وفي ضوء النتائج التي توصل إليها الباحث، خرج الباحث بعدد من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات والمقترحات.

The Aim of the research is to identify the impact of the strategy of the cognitive learning cycle in the achievement of the fourth grade scientific students in biology and life skills, by verifying the following two zero hypotheses: 1-There is no statistically significant difference at the level of (0.05) between the average grades of students of the experimental group who studied the strategy of the cognitive learning cycle and the average grades of the group of officers who studied the usual method of collection. 2-There is no statistically significant difference at the level of (0.05) between the average grades of students of the experimental group who studied the strategy of the cognitive learning cycle and the average grades of the group of officers who studied in the usual way in the standard of life skills. The two groups were rewarded in variables (previous information, age, IQ, life skills scale), and the researcher selected the experimental design with partial control of the two research groups (experimental and officer) with the dimensional test of achievement and the life skills measure, and the researcher taught My search groups, the experiment lasted Tow months from 1/3/2017 to 30/4/2017. The researcher applied the research, which is a achievement test consisting of forty-five paragraphs prepared by the researcher and confirmed the sincerity, persistence, the coefficient of difficulty and ease, the coefficient of discrimination, the effectiveness of the wrong alternatives, and the researcher adopted a measure of life skills and help (Massoudi, 2011) for his occasion For the Iraqi environment and the academic phase as well as the approval of the experts to adopt it, the measure consists of (68) Paragraph with three alternatives, and the student must choose the alternative that he deems appropriate, and verified the sincerity and consistency of the measure. The results showed that the group's students excelled in collection and life skills compared to their colleagues in the Group of officers. In the light of the researcher's findings, the researcher produced a number of conclusions, recommendations and suggestions
