المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة الارتباطية بين استراتيجيات تنظيم الانفعال والاضطرابات النفسية (القلق النفسي، الضغوط النفسية، الكمالية العصابية) لدى المراهقين الموهوبين، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (148) طالباً وطالبة ممن تراوحت أعمارهم من (15 – 16) سنة بمتوسط عمري (15.6) عاماً، وانحراف معياري (1.3)، واستخدمت الدراسة مقياس التنظيم الانفعالي، وقائمة الاضطرابات النفسية للمراهقين الموهوبين، وقائمة الكشف عن المراهقين الموهوبين واستمارة جمع البيانات وجميعهم من أعداد الباحثة، واختبار تفهم الموضوع (TAT) إعداد موراي ومورجان (Murray & Murgan 1935)ـ، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجات الطلاب على قائمة الاضطرابات النفسية (القلق النفسي – الكمالية العصبية – الضغوط النفسية) وكل من استراتيجيات تنظيم الانفعال (كبت التعبير الانفعالي، اجترار الأفكار، لوم الذات، لوم الآخرين، التفكير الكارثي) كما توجد علاقة ارتباطية سالبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجات الطلاب على قائمة الاضطرابات النفسية (القلق النفسي – الكمالية العصابية – الضغوط النفسية) وكل من استراتيجيات التنظيم الانفعالي (إعادة التقييم المعرفي، التقليل من أهمية الأشياء، الإلهاء، المشاركة الاجتماعية، إعادة التركيز الإيجابي، رؤية الموضوع من منظور آخر)، كما أمكن التنبؤ بالقلق النفسي من خلال استراتيجيتي التفكير الكارثي واجترار الأفكار، وبالضغوط النفسية من خلال استراتيجيتي لوم الآخرين ولوم الذات، وبالكمالية العصابية من خلال استراتيجيتي التفكير الكارثي وكبت التعبير الانفعالي، وأظهرت الدراسة الكلينكية بعض العوامل الكامنة خلف تفضيل المراهقين الموهوبين لبعض الاستراتيجيات وعلاقة ذلك بارتفاع وانخفاض الاضطرابات النفسية لديهم، واختتمت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات.

This study aims at identifying the nature of the correlation between the emotional regulation strategies of the psychological disorders (psychological anxiety, psychological stress, and neural perfectionism). among gifted adolescents. The sample of study consists of 148 students between 15 and 16 years; the mean age of the sample is 15.6 years, and a standard deviation of 1.3. The study uses the measure of emotional regulation, a list of the psychological disorders of) among gifted adolescents, a list to uncover the talented teenagers, and the data collection form, all prepared by the researcher, beside Thematic Apperception Test (TAT) by Murray & Murgan (1935). The study reaches that there is a positive correlation that has a statistics sense between the students grades on the list of psychological disorders (psychological anxiety, neural perfectionism, and psychological stress) and the emotional regulation strategies (emotional expression suppression, rumination, self-blame, other-blame, and catastrophic thinking). There is also a negative correlation that has a statistics sense between the students grades on the list of psychological disorders (psychological anxiety, neural perfectionism, and psychological stress) and the emotional regulation strategies (cognitive re-evaluation, underestimating things, distraction, social participation, positive refocusing, and subject vision from another perspective). Also, psychological anxiety may be predicted through catastrophic thinking and rumination strategies, and the psychological stress through self¬-blame and other-blame strategies, and neural perfectionism through catastrophic thinking and emotional expression suppression Strategies. The clinical study clarifies some hidden factors behind the preference) among gifted adolescents, to some strategies and their relation to the increase and decrease of the psychological disorders upon them. The study is concluded by some recommendations and suggestions.
