المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى تعرف مدى فاعلية برنامج مقترح قائم على نظرية هيرمان (HBDI) لتنمية مهارات تنفيذ التدريس وخفض قلق التدريس لدى الطالب المعلم تخصص مواد فلسفية بكلية التربية جامعة حلوان، وقد تطلب البحث قيام الباحث بإعداد دليل معلم المعلم وكتاب الطالب المعلم، وإعداد أداتي البحث وهما بطاقة ملاحظة مهارات تنفيذ التدريس، ومقياس قلق التدريس، وقد شملت عينة البحث (31) طالباً معلماً بالفرقة الثالثة شعبة مواد فلسفية (علم نفس – فلسفة). وقد أظهرت نتائج البحث فاعلية البرنامج المقترح القائم على نظرية هيرمان لتنمية مهارات تنفيذ التدريس وخفض قلق التدريس لدي الطالب المعلم تخصص مواد فلسفية بكلية التربية جامعة حلوان.

The research aims at identifying the effectiveness of a proposed program based on the theory of Hermann (HBDI) to develop the skills of implementing the teaching and reduce the worry of teaching the student the teacher specialized philosophical subjects at the Faculty of Education, Helwan University. The research required the researcher to prepare teacher guide and student book teacher, observation card for the skills of the implementation of teaching , and the Scale of worry of teaching, the sample included (31) students - teacher in the third year, Department of philosophical subjects (psychology - philosophy). The results of the research showed the effectiveness of the proposed program based on Hermann theory to develop the skills of implementing the teaching and reduce the worry of teaching for the student teacher specialized in philosophical subjects at the Faculty of Education, Helwan University.
