المستخلص: يمثل الأرشيف إحدى مكونات التراث المادي للدولة وذاكرة حية مهمة تحتوي على الماضي والحاضر الذي تستطيع الدولة من خلاله التنبؤ بالمستقبل في ضوء المعطيات الموجودة ورسم سياستها بشكل صحيح. وكلما كانت الدولة غنية بتراثها كلما زادت قيمة أرشيفها بالنسبة إلى البشرية جمعاء كونه يمثل كما متراكما من الخبرات والمعلومات القيمة التي تدخل في بناء وتفسير سيكولوجية الإنسان والبيئة على حد سواء. إن الأرشيف العراقي هو، في الواقع، انعكاس لحضارة متنوعة تمتد إلى أكثر من 8000 سنة من التاريخ البشري والتي سبب دمارها وسرقتها إفقارا للتراث الإنساني وجريمة إبادة ثقافية على المستوى الدولي في الوقت الذي تتنافس فيه الصكوك الدولية والإقليمية المعنية بالتراث الإنساني من أجل تعزيز الحماية.

L’Archive représente l'une des composantes du patrimoine matériel de l'Etat et une mémoire vive important qui contient le passé et le présent, par laquelle l'État pouvez prédire l'avenir à la lumière des données existantes et dessiner sa politique correctement. Quand l'État possède un riche patrimoine cela signifie que l’Archive soient plus précieux pour toute l'humanité, parce qu’elle représente une expérience accumulée et des informations précieuses qui entrent dans la construction et l'interprétation de la psychologie de l'homme et l'environnement aussi bien. L'archive irakienne est, en fait, un reflet de la variété de la civilisation étend à plus de 8000 ans d'histoire humaine, et sa destruction et sa vol représente un appauvrissement du patrimoine de l'humanité et, en même temps, un crime de génocide culturel au niveau international, a un moment où les instruments internationaux et régionaux concernant le patrimoine de l'humanité en concurrence afin d'améliorer la protection.

The archive is one of the components of the state's tangible heritage and an important living memory that contains the past and the present through which the state can predict the future in light of the existing data and correctly formulate its policy. The more the country is rich in its heritage, the greater the value of its archive for all humanity, as it represents an accumulated amount of valuable experiences and information that enter into building and interpreting the psychology of man and the environment alike. The Iraqi archive is, in fact, a reflection of a diverse civilization spanning more than 8000 years of human history, whose destruction and theft have caused the impoverishment of human heritage and cultural genocide at the international level at a time when international and regional instruments concerned with human heritage compete to enhance protection.
