استهدف البحث الكشف عن واقع تطبيق طالبات الدراسات العليا التربوية لأخلاقيات البحث التربوية في جامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالأقسام التربوية، وذلك من خلال الأهداف الفرعية الآتية: التعرف على درجة التزام طالبات الدراسات العليا التربوية بأخلاقيات البحث التربوية، الكشف عن الأسباب التي تحول دون التزام طالبات الدراسات العليا التربوية بأخلاقيات البحث التربوي، توضيح سبل تعزيز أخلاقيات البحث التربوي لدى طالبات الدراسات العليا التربوية، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، والاستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات. تكون مجتمع البحث من أعضاء هيئة التدريس؛ والذين لهم درجة أستاذ مساعد فما فوق في الأقسام التربوية بجامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية، والموجودين على رأس العمل خلال الفصل الدراسي الأول من عام 1438ه – 1439ه، والبالغ عددهم (134) عضو هيئة تدريس، وقد طبقت الباحثة أداة البحث على المجتمع بأكمله، وكان أبرز نتائج البحث: موافقة مجتمع البحث بدرجة عالية على التزام طالبات الدراسات العليا التربوية بأخلاقيات البحث التربوي، حيث جاءت الموافقة عالية على التزامهن بمجالات: الدقة العلمية، واحترام الشخصية الإنسانية، والأمانة العلمية، والموضوعية، والتواضع العلمي، وجاءت الموافقة متوسطة على التزامهن بمجال الأصالة والابتكار، موافقة مجتمع البحث بدرجة متوسطة على الأسباب التي تحول دون التزام طالبات الدراسات العليا التربوية بأخلاقيات البحث التربوي، ومن أهمه حسب ترتيب المتوسطات الحسابية تنازلياً: رغبة الطالبة في الإسراع لإنهاء الدراسة ومناقشتها، وقلة التدريب على أخلاقيات البحث التربوي، وضعف الشراكة المجتمعية بين المجتمع المحلي والجامعة في تحديد أولويات موضوعات البحث التربوية، وانتشار مكاتب تقوم بالعمل عن الطالبة، موافقة مجتمع البحث بدرجة عالية على سبل تعزيز أخلاقيات البحث التربوي لدى طالبات الدراسات العليا التربوية، ومن أهمها حسب ترتيب المتوسطات الحسابية تنازلياً: التنسيق بين الجامعات والمؤسسات الناشرة للبحوث التربوية لإثراء البحث التربوي، وتنمية الوازع الديني والقيم الأخلاقية لدى الطالبات، وصياغة ميثاق أخلاقي للبحث التربوي.
This research aims to explore the implementation of ethics of educational researches for university female students in Departments of Education in Al-Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University from faculty members’ perspective through the following subgoals: 1. To know the level of involvement in ethics of educational researches for university students. 2. To recognize the reasons that prevent university students from being involved in ethics of educational researches. 3. To clarify means of enhancement of ethics of educational researches for university students in the departments of education. Methodology and Instrument: The researcher used the qualitative method in her study and apply the questionnaire as an instrument to collect her data. The population and sample of the study: The population of the study consists of 134 faculty members who are considered the whole population. The participants are assistant professors, associate professors and professors in the departments of education in Al- Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University during the first term of the year 1438-439 AH. Results of the study: 1. Results showed highly agreement of the population of the study on the involvement of students of education departments in the ethics of educational researches. As they are highly involved in: scientific accuracy, respect of people, scientific integrity, objectivity and scientific humility. Also, results showed averging agreement of the population of the study on the students’ involvement in innovation and authenticity. 2. Results revealed the averging agreement of the population of the study on the reasons that prevent students’ involvement in ethics of educational researches. The most important reasons include: students’ desire to accomplish their researches as soon as possible, lack of practice of ethics of educational researches, weakness of community partnership between the local society and the university in determining the priority of educational research subjects and the spread of offices of students’ services that do the research works of the students. 3. Results indicated highly agreement of the population of the study on the means of enhancement of ethics of educational researches for students of education departments which include: the coordination between universities and publishers of educational researches to enrich educational researches, increase religious awareness and ethical morals for the students and form educational pact for educational researches.
