هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى المشكلات التي تواجه الطلبة-المعلمين في الجامعات الفلسطينية وسبل علاجها، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (92) طالب وطالبة من جامعة الأقصى والأزهر والجامعة الإسلامية. استخدمت هذه الدراسة أداة قياس مكونة من (64) فقرة موزعة على أربعة مجالات وهي تنظيم برنامج التربية العملية، الإشراف التربوي، إدارة المدرسة المتعاونة، المعلم المتعاون، واتبعت كل فقرة بسلم استجابة من خمس فئات: (بدرجة كبيرة جداً، بدرجة كبيرة، بدرجة متوسطة، بدرجة منخفضةـ، بدرجة منخفضة جداً) وسؤال مفتوح لكل من المشرفين والطلبة-المعلمين والمعلمين المتعاونين حول سبل علاج مشكلات التربية العلمية، وكانت النتائج كما يلي: عدم وجود مشكلات تواجه الطلبة- المعلمين في أثناء التطبيق الميداني تتعلق بمجالي تنظيم البرنامج وإدارة المدارس المتعاونة، في حين توجد مشكلات تتعلق بمجالي الإشراف التربوي والمعلم المتعاون، وبينت الدراسة من خلال السؤال المفتوح أن هناك عدة طرق لتحسين عملية التعامل مع الطالب- المعلم وخاصة في عملية الإشراف والمعلم المتعاون. في ضوء النتائج أوصى الباحث: بعقد ندوات للأطراف المتعاونة مع البرنامج، وعقد اجتماعات بين الطلبة-المعلمين والمعلمين المتعاونين لتجسير الهوة بينهم، وزيادة الاهتمام بالمدارس المتعاونة، وتقديم حوافز مادية ومعنوية للمعلمين المتعاونين، وتقليص عدد الطلاب-المعلمين الذين يشرف عليهم المشرف، وإن يشرف المشرف على الطلاب في مجال تخصصه فقط، وتقليص عدد الطلبة المعلمين الذي يشرف عليهم المشرف، وتدريب الطالب المعلم لفترة طويلة ومستمرة (شهر على الأقل)، وتدريس مساق في الجامعة عبارة عن تدريب عملي إمام الزملاء.
this study aimed to identify the problems faced by students / teachers in the Palestinian universities and ways of treatment, the study sample consisted of (92) students from the Al Aqsa University, Al-Azhar and the Islamic University. This study used a measurement tool (64), paragraph distributed on four areas, an education program process, supervision of teachers, school each paragraph management cooperating, collaborating teacher, and followed by five response categories: (a very large degree, to a large extent, a medium , is low, very low-grade) and the question is open to all supervisors and students / teachers and cooperating teachers on ways to remedy the problems of education process, and the results were as follows: The absence of problems faced by students / teachers in the field during the application relating to the areas of program planning and management of the collaborating schools, while there are problems related to the areas of education and supervision of the cooperating teacher, the study showed, through the open question, there are several ways to improve the process of dealing with student / teacher, especially in the process of supervision and the cooperating teacher. recommended in light of the results by: The holding of seminars for cooperating with the parties, and meetings between students / teachers and cooperating teachers to bridge the gap between them, and increased attention to the cooperating school, and to provide material and moral incentives for cooperating teachers, and reduce the number of students / teachers who are supervised by the supervisor and the supervisor to supervise the students in the area of specialization only, reducing the number of students and teachers, which is overseen by the supervisor and the training of the student teacher for a long time, and continuous (at least a month), and teaching courses at the university is a practical training of students in front of colleagues.
