|a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة التزام أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية التربية بجامعة المجمعة بأخلاقيات المهنة من وجهة نظر الطلاب وعلاقتها بمجموعة من المتغيرات منها "التخصص والمستوى الدراسي والمعدل التراكمي للطلاب، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وكانت عينة الدراسة (133) طالباً من طلاب كلية التربية بالمجمعة، استخدم الباحث استبانة تكونت من (36) عبارة واشتملت على ثلاثة محاور الجانب الشخصي والجانب الأكاديمي وعلاقة عضو هيئة التدريس بطلابه وتوصلت الدراسة إلى ما يلي:\n-\tعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية وفقاً لاختبار (T. TEST) وفقاً لمتغير المستوى الدراسي وفقاً لمحاور الدراسة الثلاث.\n-\tعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية وفقاً لاختبار (A. NOVA) وفقاً لمتغير المعدل التراكمي وفقاً لمحاور الدراسة الثلاث.\n-\tعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية وفقاً لاختبار (A. NOVA) وفقاً لمتغير التخصص في جميع محاور الدراسة.

|f The study aimed to identify the degree of commitment of faculty members at the Faculty of Education at Al-Majmaah University to professional ethics from the students' point of view and its relationship to a number of variables such as “specialization, academic level, and the Cumulative Grade Point Average of students. The researcher used the analytical descriptive method and the study sample was (133) students from the College of Education at the University. The researcher used a questionnaire consisting of (36) statements and included three points of the personal aspect, the academic aspect, and the relationship of the faculty member with his students and the study found the following results:\n- There are no statistically significant differences according to the T. TEST, according to the level variables, and according to the three areas of study.\n- There are no statistically significant differences according to the A. NOVA test, according to the variable of Cumulative Grade Point Average, and according to the three areas of study.\n- There are no statistically significant differences according to the A.
