المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على مدى مطابقة الكوادر التعليمية مع الأطفال التوحديين لمعايير ضبط الجودة العالمية في محافظة الطائف. تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي المدارس الحكومية والخاصة للأطفال التوحديين بمحافظة الطائف حيث اختار الباحث عينة عشوائية طبقية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام منهج البحث الوصفي المسحي. وقد قام الباحث ببناء استبانة حول مدى مطابقة الكوادر التعليمية العاملة مع الأطفال التوحديين لمعايير ضبط الجودة العالمية. وقد أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى ما يلي: المتوسطات الحسابية لاستجابات معلمي عينة الدراسة على فقرات المجال الأول (تهيئة متطلبات الجودة في التعليم) جاء بدرجة (متوسطة). وكذلك جاءت بدرجة متوسطة في المجال الثاني (متابعة العملية التعليمية التعلمية وتطويرها)، في حين جاءت المتوسطات الحسابية لاستجابات معلمي عينة الدراسة على فقرات المجال الثالث (تطوير القوى العاملة) على مدى بدرجة (كبيرة). في حين جاءت المتوسطات الحسابية لاستجابات معلمي عينة الدراسة على فقرات المجال الرابع (اتخاذ القرارات وخدمة المجتمع) على مدى بدرجة (متوسطة). أما المجال الخامس فقد جاءت المتوسطات الحسابية لاستجابات معلمي عينة الدراسة عليه يتبين وجود فروق ظاهرية بين المتوسطات الحسابية لدرجات المعلمين والمعلمات وهذا الفرق لصالح المعلمات، وذلك لجميع المجالات، وللاستبانة ككل. يتبين وجود فروق ظاهرية بين المتوسطات الحسابية لدرجات أفراد عينة الدراسة من المعلمين حسب متغير التخصص، وهذا الفرق لصالح المعلمين ذوي التخصص (العلمي)، وذلك لجميع المجالات وللاستبانة ككل. لا يوجد اختلاف في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة على الاستبانة تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي. عدم وجود فروق ظاهرية بين المتوسطات الحسابية لدرجات أفراد عينة الدراسة من المعلمين حسب متغير سنوات الخبرة للاستبانة ككل ولجميع المجالات، باستثناء المجال الثاني، حيث تبين تفوق المعلمين الذي خبرتهم أكثر من 10 سنوات في هذا المجال.

The Objective of this study is to identify the extent to which educational cadres are compatible with the children of autism in universal criteria's of quality control in Taif. The study population consists of all the teachers of the governmental and private centers for autistic children in Taif city. The researcher chose a random sample of strata. The researcher has built a questionnaire on the compatibility of educational staff working with autistic children to universal criteria's control. The results of the study indicated the following: The arithmetical averages of the responses of the teachers of the sample of the study on the subjects of the first field (quality requirements in education) were (intermediate). , And the average for the second field (follow-up and development of educational learning process), while the averages of the responses of the teachers of the sample of the study on the paragraphs of the third area (development of the workforce) over a (large). And the mean averages of the responses of the teachers of the sample of the study on the fourth area (decision making and community service) over the degree (medium). The fifth area was the arithmetical averages of the responses of the teachers of the study sample. There are apparent differences between the arithmetical averages of teacher and teacher grades, and this difference for the benefit of teachers, for all fields, and for the questionnaire as a whole. There are apparent differences between the averages of the scores of the members of the study sample of teachers according to the variable of specialization, and this difference in favor of teachers with a specialization (scientific), for all areas, and for the questionnaire as a whole. - There is no difference in the responses of the sample members of the sample to the questionnaire due to the variable of the scientific qualification. There are no differences between the averages of the scores of the sample members of the study sample of teachers according to the variable years of experience for the questionnaire as a whole and for all fields, except for the second field, where the superiority of teachers with more than 10 years experience in this field.
